The tea is great. I just wished that they treated their employees better. It's a revolving door and they push their employees around with low pay. They can afford to treat them better. They aren't a small business anymore.

I love the various selection of teas. Especially the Chocolate tea.
They also have various other things happening at the location to include occasion small flea market events.

I love Piper and leaf. The only reason they don’t get five stars across-the-board from me is because their website and in-store menus are not at all accessible for blind customers like myself. And, of course, the universal problem of checking out isn’t accessible, either. But other than that, I have never had tea here that I didn’t love, the staff are wonderfully friendly, curious and helpful, and the shops location inside low Mill means it automatically gets five stars for atmosphere and location. If you’re planning a trip to the local artist community, stop in and get a great cup of tea to carry with you on your adventure.
Vegetarian options: T by it’s very nature is vegetarian, and if you are straight up vegan, you can use a plant-based milk in your tea if you want. I believe most of the food options are vegetarian, though not vegan. This is primarily a tea shop, though, so the food options are limited in general.
Dietary restrictions: All of the teas are naturally gluten and dairy free, and there are alternative milks that can be added to anything. This place is also on my list of places where I can get a dairy free mocha! There are some limited food options here, but none of them are gluten or dairy free. Unfortunately, I don’t have the Experience knowledge to speak to nut allergies, so I recommend any concerns with the staff. They are extremely knowledgeable about their products.
Parking: Most of the parking lots around low Mill are gravel, however, there are a few paved parking spaces by the loading dock. These are mostly handicap parking. On most days there is plenty of parking here, however, on Saturdays through the spring, summer, and Autumn, because of the artist market that springs up outside low mill parking is somewhat reduced. Plan accordingly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking in the lot closest to Piper and leaf is available, as well as a large ramp to get up to the loading dock where the entrance to the tea shop is. It is located to the far left as you face the building, so it is a little out of the way, but very visually obvious andthe checkout counter and the ordering counter are both high, so that might be somewhat awkward and challenging. However, the staff have always been great about going the extra mile to accommodate my blindness, so I can’t imagine them not working to overcome the inaccessible nature of their workplace for anyone else.

I love the atmosphere at this P+L location, and the workers are always super helpful and nice!My favorite tea is old fashioned birthday cake, and I love to get it as a frother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to study, or just for a nice refreshing cup of tea. :)

Mocha was chalky and cold. The barista told me they could do 50% sweet on the chai but it tasted like complete simple syrup. We threw both of the drinks out. Staff had a hard time answering questions about the
