Pizza Hut in Huntsville

“0/10 Worst experience ever! Ordered online and did not receive what I ordered. Called the first time and spoke to an employee who just said they no longer do those pizzas and hung up. So i called back to speak to manager trying to resolve the issue which he would not, instead told me this was a better deal and had all this stuff better which it didn't have anything he said. He didn't even know what kind of pizza I had ordered. Blamed new employees, said this was cheaper for them, etc, but it was not cheaper for me. He refused to tell me his name and cussed us when at this point I'm already aggravated. Telling us to to plz come up there. Awful management. All I wanted was what I paid for or a refund.That's it! He refused to do either. Never even offered a discount. Will definitely never get my business again. Probably should call if you don't have what somebody orders to make sure they are ok with the substitution like Marcos does before just giving them what u want and refusing to make it right when they are obviously not happy with it.“

“Pizza Hut Thin Crust Pizza Is Absolutely The Best????‼️‼️ I’ve got to tell you My husband & I Love Pizza??. We have had all kinds of pizza at all kinds of pizza places but...Pizza Hut is Our Absolute Favorite???? We absolutely Love Pizza Hut Thin Crust Pizza. It actually has a crunchy part of crust going up the sides that you can see. That part stays crunchy even if you put it in the microwave. I Love That. I never use to eat the whole pizza because I didn’t like the crust that much. But now because of Pizza Hut’s Thin Crust Pizza I eat every bite‼️‼️But...Don’t take my word for it. Try it for yourself. “These guys were slammed out of that building tonight !! They were still very plesant and made me the best pizza and wings anyone could ask for . Some folks were rude waiting but these guys didnt let that stop them . Great job on this location Pizza Hut .“

“My friends food was good but my pizza was not completely cooked when I got home, but after I heated it up some in the oven it was great. Overall the food was good I just have to check next time if my pizza is done all the way. When picking up the food the server behind the desk was very polite and presentable.“
