Worst experience. Everything took 3 times as long, and no customers are here. All employees right now are out in lobby taking a break while I’m waiting for food they dropped on floor. Not one person has been nice or considerate. Will never come back here.

I placed an order at 10:40 am which is before the store even opens. It is now 12:20 PM and my pizza hasn’t come yet , so I called to check the status and was informed by the operator that my order was canceled. So I have called twice to speak with an employee to see why ? They both placed me on hold and never came back. They can answer to take an order but not to tell you why your order was canceled. All I can think of is that the store must not deliver to my area , which is fine but they should have called me to let me know this instead of having me wait on food that wad not coming . My kids are hungry and I could have been finding other options to feed them !! Ridiculous!!

The workers had an attitude. They didn't greet us when we walked in. I placed an online order and get to the store to pickup just for them to tell me that my order was canceled because they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. It was raining, they didn't give a courtesy call, and they had an attitude. This was the worst experience ever with Pizza Hut.

I ordered a pizza online for delivery. Never received my order. After 2 hours of waiting, I tried to call multiple times to cancel and no answer. Went by the store to get a refund and was told to come back when the manager was there. I was fed up at this point. Never got a refund.
To the owners of this store,Your employees stay outside smoking,keep the doors locked and do not answer the phones. Last time I ordered from your call center,get there at noon and employees are just arriving. You need to fire everyone and get new employees! Or you will be out of business soon!

The girl at the counter couldn't say two words. When my order came out the oven, she was preparing it with her phone to her ear. She put on the warmer still talking on the phone while literally right there, and never motioned to me at all that was mine. I literally had to go look and see if my name was on the sticker on the box and get it myself. Still on her phone when I left. This was the worst service at any restaurant that I can remember, I must certainly will not be going back!

First off, the place smelled like a gas station bathroom.Dine in ordered breadsticks extra shake, had barely ANY shake on it.Half cheese half pepperoni. was ALL pepperoni.I left didn’t even eat the food.All the bad reviews about this place are accurate. The workers are all over the place.Oh and not to mention bringing out breadsticks, set them on another persons table then brought to our table. Disappointed and disgusted.

When you call in the call center that picks up and hangs up. We ordered a pizza online and waited two hours whenever we try to call them they HANG UP. DO NOT advise to order any food from PIZZA HUT.
