My order came late and freezing. I called the local phone number and spoke to someone from over seas. They transferred me to the local store where I sat online for 20 minutes waiting for a manager no one ever answered. This experience was THE PITTS.

Terrible service. I ordered my pizza online in advance. Got there when it was supposed to be ready, they hadn't even started cooking it yet. Waited for 30 minutes and it had just been put in the oven. The staff were rude, the manager was rude. Terrible experience, don't waste your time.

I had the most terrible takeout experience from this location. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and cheese sticks, but the entire order was half done. I have concluded that Pizza Hut is a thing of the past and will never be what it used to be. The ingredients were undercooked and cold when I arrived home within 8 minutes. I refuse to tolerate such poor-quality food and service. This will definitely be my last meal takeout from Pizza Hut.

Pizza was delivered over an hour after estimated delivery time and arrived very cold. When I opened the box the pizza was not even what I ordered. I was unable to eat it do to being allergic to an item on the pizza. When I tried to call the store to discuss they didn't answer at all.
