Poorly managed. Walked in and sat down and was brought menus to order. Took a while for manager to come back and take order. Never brought our drinks to us. Another employee was standing at a table doing sauces. We were the only ones in the restaurant. After about 20 minutes of waiting another couple had came in and manager had to be pulled from back to take their order. I went tonight to pick up an order. The cashier gave my pizza away. My pizza pickup time was 905 it was 930 I’m still there. Then I could not get a refund cause their gm was not there at the time and then they had the audacity to ask if I could wait for a remake... Hell nah but imma call corporate on Monday

Pizza Hut is a restaurant that delivers food. Their pizzas are cooked, and their new Chicken Parm melt/calzone is a standout. Delivery is prompt and efficient, and staff members are friendly and attentive. The location on South Parkway is particularly impressive, with a drive-thru window that offers quick and convenient pick-ups. The server behind the desk was very polite and presentable. This is the best Pizza Hut, it is clean, well lit, and inviting. The employees will bend over backwards to make sure customers have a top notch experience. The store manager is especially friendly & warm. The food was good, but one pizza was not completely cooked. The stuffed crust was way too hard and extra cheese was not received. The dine in area is always closed.
