It has been years since I bought a Pizza Hut pizza. I had always liked them, and I decided last night to try it again.Big mistake.The pizza was burned, and I should have asked for another one to be cooked, but it was obvious the person operating the location didn’t care.This was a “super supreme,” but there was barely any sauce (maybe 1 tablespoon), and all ingredients were “sparse.”Any $3-$5 frozen pizza from a grocery store would have been better.Apparently, they don’t serve people in the restaurant, because all the lights were off on the “customer side” of the counter. This was 6:00 pm. Prime dinner time. There was no “atmosphere.”I did give two stars for service since someone did put the pizza in a box and hand it to me.I don’t know what has happened to the quality that I remember, but I doubt that I’ll ever buy anything again from Pizza Hut.

Thanks Pizza Hut, no pizza delivered, no text, no call. But, my credit card has multiple holds on it for the pizza. "Couldn't have been a worse experience"
My family and I have been ordering pizzas here for the past 15 years. John, the manager at this Pizza Hut, is an amazing guy with a great personality and attitude. He provides service like no other. Same goes with the high schoolers that work here, amazing joyful people. On January 5, 2024, I had a pickup order my dad instructed me to pick up for a family dinner. Large 3 topping pizzas are almost 15 dollars each, and we had ordered 2. Considering Alabama’s 9% sales tax, at most, the total price for 2 large 3 topping pizzas would come out to be at most $32.70. Rob, the worker that works here that we always run into problems with, charged a little over $42. His $10 overcharge was confirmed by the manager John after my dad had called and complained of the overcharge. John claimed that he couldn’t fire Rob, but if you ever see a bald oval faced clean shaved white guy with almost reddish skin, walk out and come back another day because that’s Rob, and he is a horrible being. Rob is the only obstacle that stops me from eating Pizza Hut, and this is the only Pizza Hut in a 5 mile radius of our house. Everything is perfect about this place, I bet if Rob was fired from this Pizza Hut, the customer satisfaction would rise. Rob’s horrible personality is confirmed by the high school workers, that always ask me to order pizzas there so they can make my pizza, but I simply tell them, “Rob is the only reason I don’t like coming to your work and getting food there.” They all simply say, “Oh, no one likes him, and he’s super racist.” I feel bad writing a horrible review of this place just because of one worker, but Rob needs to get what he deserves, and he deserves to be fired from Pizza Hut. For the past 8 years, my family and I have had issues with Robs overcharging issue, and no one there has seem to do anything about it because he is still working there.Vegetarian options: If you’re a vegetarian, you can add veggie toppings, and get the cook to clean the cutter. I don’t think Rob cooks, so you can ask the cutter to clean the cutter or use a clean cutter to cut the pizza avoiding the consumption of meat residue from the cutters.Parking: Too many parking spots, even on a busy occasion, there are more than enough parking spots.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp opposed to a curb to get inside the building making it easier for Wheelchairs to access the building right next to handicap parking.

i went to get pizza for me and my two kids, and we were told that they refused to make pizza since it was alabama and auburn halftime show and they said they'll start making pizza after it's done. needless to say, we took our service to little ceasers and got our food in less than five minutes.

We went for lunch to dine in, waitress had no idea how to take an order and we had to go get her to order food. Drinks came in plastic bottles (table next to us had cups) food came in delivery boxes once it actually came out. We had to go get napkins on our own. It wasn't bad food, found a hair and management was willing to comp that pizza and discount the rest of the ticket. Overall, do not go here if you want a decent sit down experience, might be ok for delivery.
Ate here 3 weeks ago in the dining room. Drive 30 minutes to get here tonight and the crackhead looking dude at the counter said dining room is closed at 6:30. Lazy and doesn’t want to clean the dining room. It looked nasty in kitchen and the guy at counter was literally digging on his balls when we walked in, so probably for the best. Won’t be back.

They said 5 people didn't show for work. One staff was so angry at someone he punched the safe and swore. Service was terribly slow. It is time this location abandons the attempt at dine-in service.

Their new Chicken Parm melt/calzone thing is "to die for"- and I'm as finicky as the come. Needed to have it delivered this day, and the delivery was exceptional. Far better food than Dominos.

I didn’t order anything. I had no desire to do so after how I was treated by the man with the bulge in his neck. He did not greet me, his tone was very disrespectful, and he didn’t even let me get a “thank you” out of my mouth before he slammed the window in my face and went back to his phone! I will not be back to this location.
