Pizza Hut charges a “DELIVERY FEE” of $4.99 on EVERY order being delivered ~ please take note ~ this fee DOES NOT GO TO ANY OF THE DELIVERY DRIVERS!!! But customers think it does. Why else would you charge a “delivery fee” if your driver wouldn’t get it? This makes no sense! You are cutting your driver pay!

I visited the Pizza Hut at 6838 Alamo Pkwy, San Antonio, TX 78253 and placed an in-store order for four of the $2 personal pan pizzas. I chose to wait inside, expecting to be called once my order was ready. After 20 minutes with no update, I approached the manager—only to find out my order had been sitting in the warming tray the entire time. No one called my name or let me know it was ready. To make matters worse, I overheard the manager yelling at staff about communication issues, which didn’t make the experience any better. I rarely order from Pizza Hut, especially since they don’t deliver to my area, and this visit reminded me why. If customers are waiting inside, basic communication is essential. A simple name call could have avoided this entirely. -Rob

0/10 Worst experience ever! Ordered online and did not receive what I ordered. Called the first time and spoke to an employee who just said they no longer do those pizzas and hung up. So i called back to speak to manager trying to resolve the issue which he would not, instead told me this was a better deal and had all this stuff better which it didn't have anything he said. He didn't even know what kind of pizza I had ordered. Blamed new employees, said this was cheaper for them, etc, but it was not cheaper for me. He refused to tell me his name and cussed us when at this point I'm already aggravated. Telling us to to plz come up there. Awful management. All I wanted was what I paid for or a refund.That's it! He refused to do either. Never even offered a discount. Will definitely never get my business again. Probably should call if you don't have what somebody orders to make sure they are ok with the substitution like Marcos does before just giving them what u want and refusing to make it right when they are obviously not happy with it.
