Absolutely love the southern hospitality at PJ's in town. Beignets are served warm every time I have ordered. There is a wait for a few minutes to get your order because it is made fresh to order, but highly worth it. Staff is very friendly as well.

Just got back from New Orleans and realized we have PJ’s coffee in Huntsville. I’ve already been several times. The coffee is great and the beignets are sooooo good! Grab some and head over to Big Spring park to enjoy them. What a great way to start the day!
