Everything about this place can improve. I mean hell. The beignets are just frozen dough (much better in Louisiana). The sandwiches are premade and just heated up along with everything else. The location is absolutely terrible. A parking garage? Really? What the hell were the owners thinking. Pretty sure they were on some type of drug to choose this location considering it's so far away and you have to PAY to park. Lastly, the employees look frazzle. I used to come in quite often when there were those two girls that had glasses and facial piercings but it seems like they don't work here anymore. Shame. It's gone downhill since.

Cool place. Drive thru in a parking garage. I didn't love the King Cake, but had never had King Cake before. Beignet's were good and warm.

I ordered catering from PJ's Coffee for an office breakfast (01/19/24) and had an outstanding experience! Nishwa was a dream to work with! She put together my catering order for 60 people which included the breakfast sandwiches, savory croissants, sweet croissants, egg bites and beignets. Perfect quantities of everything and it all was absolutely delicious!! I think the spinach & feta croissant was my favorite closely followed by the bacon cheese egg bites. Mine was a pick-up order and they let me borrow their catering carriers to keep everything warm until I got to the office. I highly recommend PJ's Coffee for your catering needs. The Holmes Avenue location is located on the first floor of the parking garage but how great that was on the rainy windy morning I picked up my order. We stayed dry loading the car. I will definitely order from them again. - dtk

Employees seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Both coffees were lukewarm. Egg bites were terrible. Sausage bagel was so hard it couldn't be bitten through. My childs cinnamon roll was stale and she refused it. $40

Got the mocha franita or however you spell it. I believe my coworker picked it up today from DoorDash or something but drink was really good until I reached the bottom of the drink. I thought there was just lint flying around until I took a bigger sip & I actually spat out and threw up pieces of lint (morning sickness didn’t help at all). I had acrylic nails so I literally had to scratch all the lint that was in my throat and cough it up ? don’t wanna post my throw up bc tmi in a pic….. I picked up my straw to see if I wasn’t going crazy, there was, indeed, lint at the bottom of my straw.

Have came by PJs coffee a couple times now. I like the location and choices of coffee. I’ve only gotten the white chocolate latte so far, it was really good! I didn’t think it was worth $8 for the size I got. The service was just ok. I don’t know how long they have been there, if they are working out the bugs, but they can improve on speed. I spent over 15 minutes on line behind someone only getting their small coffee. I thought I was gonna be late for work even going in with plenty of time to get the coffee. I still might be back.

I was so excited about having PJs in Huntsville. It is my favorite coffee and I grew up in Louisiana where it was started. Needless to say, this location has not met expectations and the standard set in Louisiana. I just waited 25 minutes for a latte and egg bites. They asked me to repeat my order 4x! Then they got it wrong and I had to repeat it again. They need to fix whatever is going on here asap.
