All the choices you would expect and a few appreciated extras also available. Well above average portion size of fresh ingredients. Have never seen someone more in a hurry in preparation, slow it down and this place is about as good as it gets

Updated review for March 21 2025. They did not have a wide selection today and plus both guys seemed like they were in a bad mood . I came around 3:40ish pm. They had no customers at the time.
Next time be more welcoming. At least they had some of what i wanted but I mainly focused on the energy from them .

The food is good and fresh. Prices are a bit high for what you get though. The service left a lot to be desired though. The guy working here just seemed to really hate his job. Never smiled, barely said a word, just acted completely miserable and put out to be there. Not the type of person I would want working in customer service.
I would love to put 5 stars because the food is fantastic but the guy that serve the food is extra extra rude. Every time you talk to him he doesn't look at you, has a bad attitude and doesn't even respond. I totally understand that we can have bad days but the last three times my husband and I went there we pass through the same situation. It's really uncomfortable because we're paying for a service, not to get treated like trash. Again, I feel sorry because we used to love this place but if they don't change that awful attitude we might not come back.

Myself, my husband and kids went here for lunch today. The food was good and fresh. I ordered the vegan king bowl and the kids got build your own bowls with the aloha sauce, corn, edamame and tofu. Unfortunately the guy working there was not personable, never smiled, just really seemed to hate his job. When I mistakenly called the aloha sauce “mango sauce” (it is a mango sauce) he looked at me like “what are you talking about you idiot”. Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time, and that’s saying something because service in general just isn’t what it used to be. But this guy shouldn’t be working in a customer service facing position.

Poke Aloha is awesome! If you are looking for a healthy meal that tastes great, this is the place. I get the Volcano Bowl every time and am never disappointed with the quality of ingredients. You will be impressed with the speed your meal is fixed for you and the people who run the business are extremely nice.
