First time in a Popeye's years. The food was very good but a bit expensive for how little you got. Chicken were tiny and sides were smaller. The counter service was quick and courteous. The dining room was nearly empty, and no one thought it was important to wipe down tables. They were filthy. Even the walls were beat up with chips and holes, causing sheetrock dust to fall on adjacent tables. Appears the Store Manager and District manager never come out of the kitchen. It would take very little money and time to refresh the dining room and would be worth the effort.

I ordered a 12 piece chicken box and I got 11 pieces also I ordered original and got spicy and got up charged far no wing and had 3 wing in the 11 pieces of chicken that was supposed to be 12 called the store to complain and was told they would give me a 5 piece to make this better this was what happened I was getting the chicken to feed my family this order was wrong

Although I ordered in the app, I still had to go through the drive-through. I don't really see any benefit to using the app. Most places let you skip the line which is why I use apps. Very disappointing. Food was good as usual.

The new wings are so crispy & delicious! Sweet & spicy sauce is addictive!
Last night I order an 8 piece chicken meal they comes with one side and four biscuits chicken with old and dry biscuits were cold and hard mashed potatoes was watery some reason the chicken tasted spicy today I went up there to replace my order the only thing they replace it was the chicken and biscuits. The chicken suppose to be mild instead it burnt my mouth and lips because it was a spicy chicken my kids was complaining about how spicy it was too I didn't feel like driving back up there. I will never spend my money at that Popeye's ever again.

I stay close by this location so me, my son go there to dine in , we just so happen to have a coupon for dine in and once we get our order I notice that my sons biscuit has has black stuff on the bottom of it as if it has been dropped on the floor, that was the first thing I noticed then I started to eat my chicken and I noticed that the chicken look s dark , sickly, very old so I politely walked it back to see if I could get a replacement it was only a leg so the cashier goes to the manager and says that I wanted a replacement for the old dried up chicken and I kid you not the cashier at the drive thru window turns to the manager and says that’s the piece of chicken you gave her as if it were intentionally so I instantly thought of once before having a coupon and getting chicken that looked not so healthy from there before so what I will say is if you are using a coupon make sure to check your food it may be old or it may just be something that came off of the ground with these guys and the manager was the night shift manager short bright skin lil lady with a green shirt on she knows what she did I could see the look on her face smh

Popeyes food is always ?… however, this restaurant stays busy, so they aren’t always accurate with your order… so, check your bag before you leave.My last visit, I ordered a 10 piece meal and 12 piece wing meal… I got the wrong order, I called immediately and they acknowledged the mistake and told me I could come back at another time to replace it.However, when I got there they had amnesia. They had it listed that I was only missing a few pieces of chicken and not the sides, so it was an uncomfortable situation.With much attitude, they replaced the 10 piece meal… No apologies, nothing…. But, to avoid potential conflict, just check your food before you leave.Like stated, it’s Popeyes… it’s always good!
