Sandwich was small on a hamburger roll. No flavor to the BLT. Daughter’s chicken was burnt. To leave there and go get something else to eat because still hungry after paying $14 for a Wendy’s size sandwich is a rip off. Won’t be back.

Bought a beer from their price free menu and opened a tab, 7% abv IPA and asked how much it was. Was told $7 bucks. Was given a purple cup so the price was not terrible. Bought another beer from their price free menu, 5% abv sour, was given a purple cup of it and left. Came back to close my tab and it turns out the second beer was $15 dollars. I asked the bartender about it and they just showed me it rang up for that much.I understand that your prices can go up and down so you don't want to print it but you need to have prices somewhere. It is my fault for assuming that the beer would all be in the same price range as the first one I ordered. Though if this one beer is 2x the others your bartender needs to say so when someone orders it.Long story short deceptive pricing practices and lack of information available to customers to make informed decisions will make me never spend money with them again and you should consider the same.

Went in for a drink on Saturday evening and the bartender, Luke, was drinking while serving. Belligerently drunk. Even talking to customers about how he comes to work drunk and leaves drunk. The two other bartenders were just ignoring his existence because they said he was their boss. He was making awful drinks. I will never give this location my business ever again. I have never felt more unsafe in an environment.

They make good cocktails, but they’re made in a purple plastic cup. Why? Because it is located within Stovehouse which has multiple locations to eat and drink and you can bring your drinks to any of their locations within the fence. If you ask for an Old Fashion, they’ll ask you for your preference in bourbon, thankfully. Friendly service and solid cocktails. You need to check it out.

They have a wide selection of drink options and several cocktails to choose from, all truly at a reasonable price. The staff were quick with the orders and kind while they were serving you. The bathroom inside is also spacious and clean.

Got a feeling somehow the color of my skin resulted in poor service/attention. I've been there a couple times now and I cannot shake that feeling. Was there on 12/3/22 and we came in and stood by the wait to be seated sign. No one else was waiting to be seated, a few tables were open but the staff was very busy. No one even acknowledged our presence for almost 10 minutes. The servers saw us, no one said anything. Finally somone came over and asked how many and then told us it would be a 20-30 minute wait. At least 3 or 4 tables open and we were told that they had several call aheads in front of us....so not reservations but call aheads. And the call aheads were not even there, but we were. Every restaurant I've been to with call ahead means you go to the front of the wait list WHEN you arrive and check in. We left and do not intend to return. I guess our kind and our money are not welcome there.

We had a large group come in here on a Monday night, and the staff was super nice and accommodating. Our server was great, I wish I would have caught her name so I could call her out here. Navy veteran. Blonde hair. Super cool. Great place to watch the game, hang out with friends, and grab a bite. The pretzel was tasty!

My husband and I went to PourHouse on August 13, 2022, 8-9 pm I was asked by the bartender if he can take our order. I mention the top shelf drink I wanted. I was told that it was $16.00. The price is not what I asked for! I feel that my husband and I was profile and we will never return. We stay around since I wanted to see if this was done to anyone else (we did not notice anyone else being told their drink prices when ordered). This was rude and unprofessional. We left upset and offended. Please train your staff in cultural sensitive training.

Nice place, lots of tvs and games on. Really convenient to the restaurants in that area. You could get away from the li e music if it was overwhelming or not to your taste. Numerous drink options and bartenders.
