Just stopped by this stand a few minutes before they opened to ask a question about what type of savory pretzels they have. For context, I’m blind, and use a white cane. They informed me they would be done in about half an hour, but as I walked away, I could hear the employees making fun of my question. FYI, I’m blind, not deaf, so maybe wait a little longer before audibly making fun of me. I will not be circling back here anytime soon.

The customer service is horrible. The employees don’t want to help or make anything other than pretzels. There menu has others options, but if it requires them to make it they have an attitude. Poor customer service with poor management as well. The entire store needs to be trained on how to properly deal with customers. They treat paying customers like were a problem.

We got large pretzel and 3 cookie and 2 side dipping sauce it was $19 but dipping sauce was only 2 drop in there not full cups and employee was rude n races to brown people . People behind me they gave them full cup of dipping sauce just because they are American people .

Terrible terrible terrrrrrible service. Black girl w/ the blonde weave was incredibly rude to my mom and I for no apparent reason. Whenever I go to food places, I make sure I am as sweet as can be because I know what these people can deal with. This girl had the nerve to look at me like I was d*** because I asked for “lite ice†& then proceeds to fill my cup up. Then has this annoyed-hurry up look on her face while I was deciding what I wanted. I get this girl probably hates her job, but I don't understand why she needed to be so rude to me? Wondering if it's because I'm a young female and she's just one of those girls who hates every “pretty†girl she meets. If you get what I mean, you get what I mean.
