I ordered a Apple Harvest Chicken Salad. When I got to work I noticed that my salad didn't have any apples in it. I called and asked why and they told me they were out. I asked her don't you normally tell people when they order that they are out of apples and she said no they normally do not. Why would I order that salad if they were out of apples?

Man I miss quiznos! Saw this place and it happened to be near lunchtime. I went in and was told it’s the only one in Alabama left. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Food was delicious and I will be back soon.

Considering there are not that many Quiznos in the United states anymore or anywhere else. This is a rare sight to see, especially since it's in Huntsville. This place makes Subway looks like stealing candy from a baby.
Food: The food is like massive, but the price is pretty questionable. That still doesn't stop it from being amazing. Ordered myself a strawberry milkshake and got the classic Italian sub. All about 19+ bucks w/ tax and tip.
Service: The guy serving my food was awesome, it was only one guy, and then another one came later. There was nobody inside the store except me. Asked if they got busy during the day, and they said, not really that much.
Atmosphere: I'm not gonna lie, the atmosphere is pretty outdated, considering that there are not that many restaurants, but we should be grateful that is still around. Their specialty is selling salads, sandwiches and soups.
Go check it out!!!

Very disappointed in the food. One small sandwich was around 14.00 and it was not a sandwich I would stop for again.

Came in to a sweet greeting and a very friendly staff. Considering this one to be the only one in Huntsville we are very lucky to have it. I ordered the pepper corn sub with all the trimmings and they make it to perfection. Who ever owns this store needs to open another one in Huntsville. This place is better than the other sub places. Thanks for all y’all do. It was a great experience. And I drove from work nearly 20 mins to eat at this place. Sure glad I Did. I will definitely be back.
Parking: There are good spaces I. The front of the store for parking. No street parking.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of bold colors for children to look at and of course they have kids meals.
Wheelchair accessibility: Good parking.

It’s literally Quiznos, and our sandwiches were gone the second we got in the car. Makes subway look like child’s play

I grew up on Quiznos but none are left these days close to me. Drove through Huntsville and was delighted to see the Quiznos torch is still burning bright at this store - the classic Italian sub is still one of the all-time great subs anywhere, and they built it perfectly here. Thank you for a delicious meal - I may just have to drive from three hours away more often!

Not a good experience. Especially for the amount of money charged. Our bread was only toasted on one side and only partially at that. The other side was not even warm. There was very little meat put on the sandwiches. There was only one lady working behind the counter when we got there so she would do one sandwich and it had to wait for the next one to be made as there were two of us together. Could be one of the reasons why the sandwich was not even warm, much less toasted and hot like we are used to getting at a Quiznos.I got tea, which tasted bad. My husband got water. The water was not drinkable. While we were there, another woman came to work behind the counter and she and the first lady talked very loudly to each other and also talked across the restaurant to other customers. Very rude. They then went out and started sweeping the mat inside the door and the floor while we were still eating. Dust and all kinds of stuff was floating up in the air. We had to leave before we were finished it was so bad. We will not return.

Toasted sandwiches were barely even warm, not toasted at all. Expensive...for what you get. Heavy on bread...light on meat. I loved Quiznos years ago, but understand why there isn't another one closer than 96 miles!
