did not seat us right away, out of silverware seated 7 in a cubical with one at the end (not a table) no ice tea, no popcorn shrimp available waitress was attentive and polite
Staffing issues but the server was nice and apologized for the slow service. However that wasn't the problem the food wasn't good it was cold everyone in our party was disappointed
We came on Sunday afternoon around 3. Waited no longer than 25 minutes to be seated. Once we got seated it was 15 minutes before our server created us to get our drinks. We ordered drinks and appetizers. We waited another 10 minutes before the server walked out realized she forget to make our drinks. She walked back into the kitchen to make our drinks. She dropped our drinks off and took our order. They brought my son his entre before our food or appetizer. After waiting 25 minutes from ordering our appetizer she decided to bring the appetizer out. By then my husband never received the tea he ordered and she even made the comment that the appetizers were not even hot. We asked to pay for what we had so we could leave. Our server was not that busy for us to wait as long as we did or what we ordered. We paid for our drinks and I was charged for the tea my husband never received and left.
We waited over 40 minutes and received no food whatsoever. During that time, we asked the server 3 times about our food and while she said she would find out, she never told us anything. We weren't the only table that had issues. The table next to us waited nearly as long and received nothing, and the appetizer they ordered wasn't even available. Red Lobster ran out of the crab dip and the server didn't tell them for 10 minutes.
Our ultimate feast was delicious, the steak as I ordered, the lobster tail needed a few more minutes to cook a bit more, shrimp scampi and breaded shrimp was hot and yummy, fries hot with a spicier seasoning and the baked potato was fluffy with melted butter and crispy salty skin, yum. The cheese biscuits great, my salad great. I ordered the calamari appetizer but it wasn't available, breaded shrimp covered with the dragon spicy sauce was good but spicy hot. Overall our meal was great with leftovers to take home. Can't wait for another special occasion( our wedding anniversary today) to visit Red Lobster in Huntsville

Waited over 40 minutes and still no biscuits no salad no appetizer. They were out of so much. So we got up and showed ourselves out..
Didn't even try the food. Was probably understaffed seeing as how the wait time was 30 minutes for two people and wasn't busy at all. Would have been fine waiting but we saw that several people just walked out the door saying they never got waited on, so we left before we even got a table.
Made reservations but told it would still be an hour wait. Twelve customers waiting in line with empty tables and waiters walking around aimlessly. No hostess/host and twelve customers waiting in line. We were part of the seven who just gave up and left. What a disappointment.
I’ve never been so disappointed. Quotes 15 min wait, waited 45 mins. The host unprofessionally kept telling everyone who came in that they could write their own name down and “could wait if you want to but should probably just leave” every time someone walked in he would grab his face and say “come on man”. Our server told us that they have a huge problem with the managers, they don’t listen to employee complaints and aren’t helpful with conflict. They were out of tons of different alcohol and “anything chicken related”. Our server also said that several table before us had to have whole meals comp’d due to kitchen negligence; after having several hundreds of dollars bills. We do not complain ever, we’ve both worked in the restaurant business and understand things happen, but this was unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. Hopefully this rebranding will improve conditions of this particular store.
