Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Oh Red Robin.

I love you folks so much. Your burgers are genuinely delicious and that cactus pear cream soda is legitimately off the charts good.

I worry about you though, I do. In the world in which we live, prices are everything, and despite your amazing food I do have to worry about my wallet a little too much when coming here, which is why we only visit maybe once or twice a year.

During our last visit the place did seem very quiet which was a shame. The garlic fries I am pretty sure used to be garlic parmesan fries didn't they? Is parmesan too expensive these days? In any case, our first handful of fries was great but our refill was very greasy indeed. They also forgot to put cream at the bottom of my cream soda, as pictured.

In any case! The burgers here are always fantastic. I love the flavor combinations that RR comes up with.

I really hope that Red Robin continues, but I do worry about the future with some of the cost cutting measures and the high prices.

Service was very good as always at this location.

I’ve eaten at the Red Robin in Trussville a couple times and it was good. This location was great! Our burgers were fantastic. This was my husband’s first time at Red Robin and he said it was the best burger he’s ever had. Service was amazing and the manager even brought us a free sample of the fried jalapeño slices after my husband asked about jalapeños or hot sauce for his burger. 10 out of 10, will definitely be back next time we’re in Huntsville.

Food was great as most of the time it always is, compliments to the cooks! However my three stars is due to our server, we went in around 1:50pm or so, say near the back close to the restrooms which is convenient. But our servers attitude was awful, no eye contact, very distant toned, and mumbled half the time. Did not serve our food which happens but also did not come back until we were almost completely done to ask if we needed anything. But mainly the attitude problem. I get you don't want to be at work no one does. But as my manager working in the food industry always used to say leave your problems at the door don't bring them here! Hospitality was my specialty and tbh as a server it should be apart of the gig my friend like your co worker working her rows across from yours we wish we would of had her she was nice could hear her clearly and up beat lovely waitress! I hope the next time we go we will not be seated in your row again.

Ok so ordered a whiskey river bbq burger for pick up did not have bbq sauce on it realized when I got home. I called and Will went above and beyond made everything right immediately excellent customer service! I highly recommend and the ladies up front were friendly and very professional as well!

My family and I have been going to this Red Robin for years. In the beginning, it was absolutely wonderful, and well maintained, and the food was always delicious. We ate there today, and the food was good, but they have really shrunk the size of the burgers, compared to what they used to be! Super thin and tiny, and man!, the prices are through the roof! We can eat at Mugshots cheaper, and get bigger burgers! We still love the bottomless fries, and campfire sauce. The service was lacking today, and they weren't very busy. They weren't short staffed either. This location needs some TLC poured into it! Tables were missing chunks out of the tops, menus were dirty, the women's bathroom needs major repairs, especially with tightening the toilet seats. I almost went flying off the seat bc it was so loose!
It will be a long time before we make a return trip to this location. $72 before tip for 2 burgers, 2 teas, and a chicken dinner with lemonade is just too expensive. Then add not so great service, it just wasn't worth it.

There are a lot of options and a pretty good burger. Free burger for veterans on Veterans Day and on your birthday. Unlimited sides. Overall, it's a solid spot

My husband and I went to Red Robin on Veterans Day because the restaurant was kind enough to offer a free burger and side to Veterans. While we appreciated the offer, the entire evening and meal were disappointing. Once we were seated, our server acted like we were an inconvenience, not guests. There was no greeting or welcome of any kind, not even a “Thank you for your service“ to my husband, a man who spent 32 years in uniform. While the restaurant was busy, it was not that busy. But our server continued to complain about how busy it was, which became the excuse for poor service and bad food. We eventually got drinks and placed our order. After the food finally arrived, my burger order was incorrect and the burger was not hot. Both my sweet potato fries and my husband’s sweet potato fries were cold. My husband had to go find our server to ask for some hot fries. We were told we would get some hot fries. We never received the fries. We finished our burgers , but not once did our server come back to the table to check on us or ask if we would like a refill of our drinks. We finally asked that the charge for the sweet potato fries be removed from our bill since we had been waiting for over 30 minutes just to receive hot fries. The server did remove that charge.
While the restaurant’s attempt to honor veterans on Veterans Day was a good idea, a better idea would be if they could actually serve hot food and provide pleasant service.

Had a good dining experience at this location. Good service and an atmosphere you would expect from a Red Robin chain store. Nice, clean, and friendly staff. I had the Jalepeño Heatwave burger and chips which had excellent flavor but failed to deliver on the 3 chili heat rating. It had a slow heat build, but leveled off at around a one.

Great all the way around. Our Server ADONIS I'd give him a 20! Instead of a 10. He was on point with everything! I'll definitely return because of ADONIS. But let me say the food was hot and fresh too!!
