The server was so nice, drinks on time, and pickle chips app was amazing. I got the bleu cheese burger, and dessert was 5 stuffed chocolate chip cookie. They are served cold. Not a biggy but we sat connected to bar blender. Margarita was weak but sweet. Bottomless sides was a plus.

Doesn't meet up to the hype. We were asked how we wanted our burgers....pink or no pink. We said NO pink. Mine was really pink...waitress says sorry I'll warn them in the kitchen about that. ? the biggest draw is the endless sides because when you can't eat your too pink burger...atleast you can fill up on fries. Nice place. Decent food. Overpriced for what it is. When I spend $60 bucks on 3 burger meals they should atleast be cooked correctly.

I've been going to Red Robin in Oregon for over 20 years because they consistently have the best, most creative burgers that satisfy in a way no other restaurant does. And this holds true at every branch, without falter. After a few years away I came to Huntsville in 2020 and tried this branch and was sorely disappointed. The food quality took a nose dive, staff was extremely slow with a bad attitude, never got a single basket of fries, and never got a drink refilled. It was nothing like the Red Robin came to love for 2 decades. Tried a few more nights with no improvement and gave up ...the Robin was dead.For two years I noticed the parking lot was empty and stayed away, but this year the parking lot was consistently full so I tried again. To my surprise those legendary burgers I missed so much were back! Service was fast, fries and drinks kept coming before running out of the last, it was great! Apparently there's a few new guys in charge - the branch manager, and the Regional manager and even the CEO at the national level. Somebody needed to clean house and these guys are doing a great job. They really understand the old school Red Robin essence and have done a great job reviving it.If you have never had a remarkable burger you really should try Red Robin. I suggest the Banzai, but they are all memorable.

Pregnant lady that assisted us was very friendly and helpful. The food was disgusting. Cold and covered in mayo, literally had mayo coming out the sides all over the bread. Fire the back staff. 36 dollars for food we threw away. I wouldn't have feed it to my dog.
