Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Red Robin. I paid my bill in cash, yet as I was leaving, a hostess chased me out of the restaurant, assuming I hadn’t paid—because another server (who wasn’t even ours) told her to. Instead of verifying with our actual server, they jumped to conclusions and humiliated me in front of everyone. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely avoidable if they had simply checked first. Do better. I won’t be returning.
The food was fine, and the staff was not very friendly or motivated.

Excellent place to eat and hang out, the service was excellent and they were patient since I don't speak much English, the waitress was very friendly, I highly recommend it. 😃

This place is great. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, so the fish & chips plate is about the only thing at RR that I can eat. However, I still see the stuff the other people eat, and it looks amazing. No ordinary burgers are these culinary masterpieces!

Service has become horrible here.
The last time, they got my wife's order wrong TWICE. She ended up not getting to eat because others were already done eating.
The time before that, we waited over half an hour and no one even took our drink order. I doubt anyone noticed when we gave up and left.
We're not real interested in giving a place yet another chance when the last 2 times have been total disasters.
Vegetarian options: They screwed up my wife's vegetarian order twice. Be careful and make sure you get what you ordered.

The hubby and I had a great date. Red Robin gives a free burger when it is close to your bday if you have the app. That's what we did. When you buy your 5th burger, the next one is free...so we will be going back for another free burger soon.

New to the area and hadn't been to a Red Robin for years. I had the Whiskey BBQ burger and it was so good. My server was Rita, friendly and fast. She did a great job and made my visit worth it. I'll be back with friends next time.
