Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

My kids are grown but we still go out to eat to celebrate birthdays together, my son wanted Red Robin. I was thrilled to find covered parking across the street as the family was seated, this restaurant is well positioned for that. It’s been ages since we were last here, I had to reacquaint myself to the decor, layout & menu. I’m happy to report the long lines at this place are gone, we were seated & served promptly & professionally. Our cocktails were all flavorful but very light on the alcohol. Our meals were hot and fresh, no complaints. All in all we had a very average experience that is what anyone might expect for a mall burger restaurant.

Kelsey is the greatest bartender/server. She is always working very hard to keep her customers happy while being very friendly. We specifically go there when she's working because we always have such a good time with her!

We do not live in Huntsville but we're so glad that we stopped at Red Robin while visiting. We started with the Barbecue Pork Nachos as an appetizer, loaded with hickory smoked pulled pork that we bursting with that smoky taste, So delicious! For the main course, we had the BBQ ribs, and they were out of this world! Tender, Juicy and the sauce was perfection. Even though we are not local, we will definitely be back next time we're in town! Highly Recommend!

I find dining at Red Robin establishments to be a pleasant experience, comparable to T.G.I. Friday's, particularly due to their consistently well-prepared burgers and fries.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Red Robin. I paid my bill in cash, yet as I was leaving, a hostess chased me out of the restaurant, assuming I hadn’t paid—because another server (who wasn’t even ours) told her to. Instead of verifying with our actual server, they jumped to conclusions and humiliated me in front of everyone. It was embarrassing, unprofessional, and completely avoidable if they had simply checked first. Do better. I won’t be returning.

The food was fine, and the staff was not very friendly or motivated.

Excellent place to eat and hang out, the service was excellent and they were patient since I don't speak much English, the waitress was very friendly, I highly recommend it. 😃

This place is great. I have a lot of dietary restrictions, so the fish & chips plate is about the only thing at RR that I can eat. However, I still see the stuff the other people eat, and it looks amazing. No ordinary burgers are these culinary masterpieces!

Came in with a LARGE party. Our server was Keyonce. She was wonderful.
