I visited here for the first time this weekend and had a really bad experience. We were a party of three and when the food eventually came, mine did not. I was told there was a new cook and what I ordered was frozen. I was offered a menu to order again and when it came it was a soggy mess. There was so much mayo that I couldn’t eat it. I asked for a box and carried it home. I removed the chicken, wiped off the mayo and ate it with a fork alongside the fries. The chicken was so tough I could hardly eat it. It was such a bad first experience and there are so many other choices of restaurants, I don’t plan to return. I was really disappointed!

Karlie was amazing as our server! She greeted us warmly and helped us pick the best dishes. Her friendly attitude and helpfulness made our meal extra special. Karlie's knowledge of the menu and her recommendations were spot on. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our dining experience. Thanks to Karlie, our time at the restaurant was fantastic!
My experience here at this location was wonderful and welcoming. My server, Karlie, was PHENOMENAL. She was sweet, made sure our party was well taken care of, and gave us her honest opinions. I’m truly grateful 10/10 Highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Decent food for a chain. Service is hit and miss. Better than a fast food burger but not what they were 10 years ago.

Top notch, allergy menu, reliable, comfort, American cuisine. Someone who loves to travel and has food, allergies, I know I always have a fall back if there is a red Robin in town.Dietary restrictions: On the website and on the table, kiosk are allergy menus where you can filter dishes by allergies, and it even shows relevant substitutions. It’s one of the most robust allergy menus I’ve ever seen.Parking: Since this is part of the Bridge Street town center, parking in any of the lots or garages around Bridge Street will put you within easy walk of the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: While there is wheelchair, accessible parking and a ramp to enter the restaurant, it’s a bit narrow, passing between the tables and chairs. I didn’t notice any wheelchair, specific seating, either, though that doesn’t mean there isn’t any. Worth calling ahead to find out.
I went a couple of days ago and the food/service was fantastic! I decided to order to-go today and it was a mistake. Extra fries were left out, and I had to ask twice to get them. Lettuce wrapped burger (the lettuce tasted bad). Fried pickles portioning? For $10 I really feel the portioning isn't right. I had high hopes, but I don't think I'll be coming here again.
