I like the vibe at the bar. The food is good. I had the fish of the day and it was fresh and tasty.

The ambiance is wonderful! You feel like you're having a lux experience as soon as you walk through the door. We were shown promptly to a table and given menus. Great staffing! The wait staff is, apparently, expected to memorize your order instead of writing it down. Our waitress was lovely but she did forget about my drink (no big deal. She caught the mistake on her own) and when we got our food one item came with bacon that we had requested removed (that might not be her fault)We both enjoyed our meal immensely except for the grits which were rather lumpy and had a slight burnt flavor to them. The staff were quick to rectify the matter when it was brought to their attention so no complaints there.Overall I truly loved my experience and would definitely come again despite the few hiccups. It's life and few things are perfect but this came pretty darn close!Vegetarian options: Strict vegans might struggle a bit but if you're vegetarian there are quite a few brunch options to enjoy.

My first time to Revivalist and I certainly wasn't disappointed! The service was great but the food was absolutely outstanding! I had the salmon with couscous and Brussels. My husband had the mushroom risotto with a side of grilled shrimp for protein. He said his was outstanding as well. The only downside was the noise level. It was difficult to have a conversation. We'll definitely go back to this restaurant but will try it mid week instead of a Saturday evening. Maybe it will be quieter. Highly recommend!!

Very very good breakfast. Hash, egg and potatoes with hollandaise sauce. Coffee is very good too. My burger last night was great but forgot to take a picture. Very good food here

Went for brunch today with four of my friends. We ordered our drinks and I ordered the beignets for the table as an appetizer. (Turns out, they didn’t actually have beignets for whatever reason, so they charged me $10 for donut holes without giving me the option of not ordering them!) After the beignets, they brought out two plates, which ended up not even being for our table thus explaining why the orders weren’t exactly right. (Wrong eggs on the Jefferson and my friend that ordered the omelet asked for no mixed greens and easy on the cheese.) She took the Jefferson away but left the omelet plate, therefore only one of the five sat and ate and was pretty much finished by the time the rest of us got our food. The Jefferson plate once again had the eggs wrong. The other two ladies ordered the avocado toast, which was soggy because instead of slices of avocado it was basically a watery quadrangle. I ordered the steak and eggs, which I have no complaints about. The ultimate insult came when we got our checks and noticed that they automatically charged 20% gratuity, when the menu states they do that for groups of 6 or more. When we asked about it the waitress, not our original waitress, informed us that because of our “demeanor” they felt they should guarantee the tip money. They told us that our original waitress was so distressed by our behavior that she was in the back crying. I also should mention that they messed up every single one of our checks. Not one of us said a cross word or anything inappropriate to said waitress. The manager essentially let his waitress denigrate our character.

Dishes were dirty and when they brought our food out, for the 5 of us, only 1 order was correct. What was named on the menu was not what was served. Baguettes were actually donut holes and avocado toast was guacamole on toast. We were charged a 20% gratuity because the waitress was not happy with us. Terrible service.

Beautiful place but sadly the Brunch food was so cheaply made and our experience was so aggravating and insulting. To start with our orders were wrong and after telling our waitress that one one out of 5 of us ordered wasn’t what she order, they still let the plate and told her that’s what she got. They tried to do the same to my other friend but she sent it back. Later once our plates came the avocado toast ( btw is a thin avocado watery spread that will make the toast soaked alone with the watery eggs. The manager will check on us and asked us how was everything and we kindly were honest and shared our concerns, same when we order a cinnamon roll that was hard and dry like beef jerky when we showed him that he said oh yes not point bringing you another one because they all be the same.Overall we rolled with the punches of poor food service, we thought that giving the feedback as far the food was positive, by the time we asked for our checks they had the audacity to changed us 20% ( despite the menu said for tables of 6 or more people.)When we ask why, another waitress said “ they did that because of how our demeanor towards our waitress was” we said excuse me? So you are saying you thought we will take it on our server and no tip her ? That’s not the kind of people we are you don’t even know us, and this young entitled lady started arguing with us saying we made her friend cry , and the manager also backed them up saying “ yes our waitress is very sensitive “ we couldn’t believe how they raised their voice and making excuses for their bad behavior ! Definitely a place I wouldn’t ever recommend , we all come from backgrounds of working with people ( hospital, HR, management) we know how to treat people with respect, but at this place it was valid and ok to disrespect us, judge us , punish us, without having any real reason to do so, sad to see business being run by younger generation without boundaries and respect to customers!. Very sad !

Unfortunately, a very bad experience in the food and service. They made a mistake in their orders. The food was not what was ordered and they were upset when the observation was made. I don't recommend it!!

Deplorable - really horrible service. Food was a little above average with the exception of ;the salmon being dry, veggies being cold, rare steak was cold - not just in the center but the entire steak - all after a 2 hour wait. The assistant manager "Joshua" came up to apologize prior to the meal being delivered saying the kitchen was "backed up". The waiter was never seen again and the final tab ($186.39) was delivered. Mind you - no apologies and no comp. I normally tip 20% for average service but in this instance I was over gracious and tipped $.61. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend much less a person I disliked.

Made reservations for 6:00. Didn't get food until 8:40. Took an average of 30 minutes between drinks also. "Sorry, the kitchen's a little backed up" is all we heard for over two hours. Then they still stuck us with 20% gratuity because there were 8 of us that waited nearly 3 hours for food. Do better, guys.

Dude! I'm not a fancy person (I like dives) but I was here for a work function and the mushroom risotto was one of the best meals I've had in years. Service and atmosphere was fantastic and brought class to our event. Will be back for a date soon! Wonderful experience,

We went for a Saturday brunch around 11am and were just pretty unimpressed. We put orders in quickly and waited 30 minutes for drinks, and over an hour for food. Drinks were delicious, and we had fried green tomatoes that were really yummy. But I got salmon bennies and they came out about 10 mins after the rest of the table’s food, because there was some issue with the poached eggs. When it made it out, the English muffin was completely soaked through with water, as though they had put multiple poached eggs straight from the pot onto the toast. It wasn’t appetizing at all. I munched on the salmon and eggs but paid $30 for those two bennies, no sides. I would’ve asked for assistance but we had already been there so long.
