Good stuff

I will not recommend Rocket City Meats to anyone after what I saw on May 28, 2025. Look like a dirty petri dish store to me. The meat wasn't fit to eat. Went to look for goat meat and what I saw looked like it came out of a toliet. Nothing worth to make a dish with. The sign says under new management, but in my opinion, whoever is managing let it turn to crap in a hurry. I won't be back.

This is the only meat store I will go to. They always have a good selection of meats. They are very clean and the staff is very friendly. If you don't see it ask about.

Some of their cuts of meat are cheep. All in all worth a visit. Although everything else they have in the store seems to be overpriced

There's a large selection of meats that you usually do not find in other places. The service is great and the store is clean. The building is small but there is a great variety with decent prices.

My time visiting I found a lot of good deals. I am looking forward to returning again soon.

We keep coming back because of the wide variety of meats and fish they have here. Even rabbit for the dogs! They have a lot to choose from and always is fresh. We have only had one experience of small chicken legs that didn't seem their usual, but it was fixed the next time we went. It's the only place in town that I have found will slice bacon to your preference and get truly thick cut bacon. Everything has been fresh and meaty with no additional feathers or trimming needed. They really take time and make great cuts of meat.

I have lived in Huntsville for some years and I have heard of Rocket City Meats but I have never been. My family members have gone. We decided to have seafood for Christmas so I went to purchase a large amount of catfish.
Once inside the building I was hoping for more selection/larger building.
I was able to locate the fish easy and the price was very fair. Staff was friendly and available for help. I was able to complete my purchase within 10 minutes, and this was during the holiday week. I would recommend Rocket City Meats and would go back again.
