Bartender and staff was friendly. I got the Jambalaya, it came out piping hot yet some of the sausage and shrimp was cold. I am assuming the shrimp and sausage was precooked and refrigerated for meal prep, I have zero issue with this but was surprised when everything else was hot and these were cold in the center. It made the plate unbalanced. Could use more bold flavoring.
This is a great spot for lunch while at work! I've tried a few different things off the menu and it's all been good. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes it feels a little generic, but I'd definitely choose this place over a chain. I'm glad to have a choice like this close to work. It's even nice sometimes as a place to meet after work for a drink.
Food, water and restaurant was excellent and would give an a ++ rating except they overcharged on credit card fee. Based on my understanding of credit card processing fees, the most they can charge is 3 percent and I got charged 4. Restaurants that charge those fees need to display that better so customer knows better ahead of time
