I had the sweet potato casserole, it was really bad! The granola or whatever they put on top tasted so old. I tried scraping it off and it didn’t help. I told the waitress & she did offer me another side. I said “no thanks” The manager or whoever was at the cash register didn’t offer anything to make it right. Also the bathroom was gross 🤢 pinto beans tasted like they were from a can. I will never go back. It was a bad experience

I was in Rolo’s getting take out. A woman was sitting on the benches behind me. She had a medical emergency. I had to call 911 for the daughter. I gave her my phone for anything else she needed. We tried to keep the woman alive. 911 kept asking for the exact address. I asked. “We aren't allowed” There is much more to it. Owner comes in and was like, get her out of here (lady on the ground ) I will never step my big toe in there any day. Very sad. It was a old Huntsville go to.
Annette will ALWAYS have us coming back as long as she is there. She is absolutely AWESOME! Always goes the extra mile to make customers happy & comfortable!

Sitting in Rolo’s now listening to the cook ranting in the kitchen because a customer ordered a chicken biscuit for breakfast. “What is this bullshit!?! We don’t sell fried chicken for breakfast!” He continued to loudly and angrily berate the waitress. Everyone in the dining room had to listen to him, including the elderly gentleman and his young grandson who ordered the forbidden dish. Haven’t received my food yet so I can’t review that. But the cook explained that as well: “I can give you oatmeal but anything else is going to take a while.”
