0/10 for sure. the food was very not only hard, but wasn’t fresh and i live 5 minutes away. the order was not right either. it was no one in the establishment, but we were not greeted in a friendly environment. the women just looked at us without any greetings as she continued to look at her phone watching something on it as I was the first one to speak to her. Even after she asked me the flavors again after I placed the order, it still not correct.

Overall good food, but horrible service. They always only have two people working and too many orders that they cannot fill. Love to support small businesses, but having a 45 minute wait, then arriving and my food is not ready. Ridiculous! Do not recommend, unless you mind waiting an hour for your food!

I love yall but how are you promoting an app that you don’t check for orders on ? I ordered over an hour ago . Arrived 30 minutes ago. They said the machine doesn’t ding to alert them of online orders. THEN proceeds to make me wait another 45 minutes instead of pushing my order forward because of their mistake . I’m a reasonable person but come on Rookiez HG!

Let me start by saying; "I am an actual paying customer". Went into the store on Jeff Rd. in Huntsville, AL on Saturday afternoon. Ordered the 12 Xhot- wing and fry basket. Got em home...and they were extremely salty. Called the store and told the guy (still can't remember his name)how the wings tasted. And without hesitation, he suggested I come back and let him remake my order. Today is Tuesday. And I just found the time to get back over there to get the meal he offered to remake for me. And I tell you what...I just found myself a new wing home. The food is delicious! And the service is second to none. Rookiez is my "go to" place now. Thanks guys. You have forever customer in me. And may God bless you in your every endeavor.

My husband and I tried this place at the battle of the Buffalo today. Craved the lemon pepper in the evening so had to order for pick up. The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately our cat got out when we got home. So we weren’t able to eat them til 3hrs later and they were still delicious af cold! Def going back. Crispy and flavorful.

We ordered fried gizzards. Then they didn't have change for a $20. When we said we would pay with a debit card. We were told " I don't know how you change to DC". So...we left without gizzards. We tried, but will not be back.

If you want wings I would not recommend this place. They overcharge for everything and barely want to give it to you meaning sauces and ranch. They take forever to cook your food and it still might not be right when it's done. They need to close this place down black owned restaurants or not, and put a real wing place in their spot.This establishment is a waste of money and time.

Bad place to spend your money. Over cooked wings with soggy fries. The Wings didn't have any flavor. They put the wings on top of the fries without wax paper to separate them. Check your food before you leave. Bit it and see if it's all over cooked. I got 24 wings and they were ALL DRY. I will not go back.
