Too hard to get to. You have to park in a parking garage and walk. Food was good, waitress was excellent but we won't be back because of the parking and walking.Parking: You have to park in a parking garage and walk. Not good for older patrons.

We used to love Ruths Chris. Atmosphere was bad, food was not up to quality of Ruths Chris and we were barely waited on even by the assistant servers because there was a large party they were serving. I felt a little unsafe here because of a situation that we felt was happening. The manager on duty comped our meal, which we felt was insulting. We did not want a free meal, we wanted our Anniversary Dinner experience to be great like every other visit to Ruths Chris in the past.

Salmon is Atlantic, and overpriced for Atlantic salmon. Prepared well, but a poor quality as opposed to Sockeye or King.

The evening started off pretty ok. So excited to dine at our favorite spot! Drinks were on point kudos to the bartender. Then......... Trudy changes the whole vibe. Her attitude and demeanor made us feel unwelcomed. We chalked it up to maybe it had been a long so let's push through. Ordered our food which was awesome to start then the entrees came and a medium well steak was past well done. When we let her know of the issue her response was do you want a box? After little discussion she had the steak remade. Brought it back in a to go container and sat it on the floor and walked away. A little stunned and of unsure of what was happening we walked over to hostess stand and asked for manager . They intervened and must have spoken to our server. Trudy returned and somewhat apologized for placing bag on the floor and said she would handle it. Took food away and never brought it back. We didn't want that meal comped but the manger did. So thanks but weird that food was never brought back to our table. I have NEVER experienced such. I hope that she is retrained on how to handle customers with or without issues because clearly there is a missing link. Still love Ruth ‘s Chris. So this one mishap will not detour me!

Dining at its best!! My granddaughter 17th birthday celebration!! She was treated like a princess. Dani, our lovely server, went over and beyond customers service. The presentation was amazing and the food was delicious. Our experience was top notch. Thank you Ruth's Chris

We had reservations for 7:15pm, but wasn't seated until almost 8pm. Service at the bar while we waited was very good, female named Abby, so we decided to order an appetizer. We were seated before the appetizer arrived so we paid our bar tab and went to our table. The appetizer arrived soon after. I got a little annoyed when the male bartender came out to our table and asked if we settled up at the bar. All he had to do was ask the other bar tender. We waited quite a while before a server came to our table to take our order. By that time, we decided we had waited way too long and decided to leave and not eat dinner.

My filet had to be sent back as it was well done vs medium and the lobster was so shriveled and dry you couldn't cut it with a knife. The server brought it out anyway and even announced up front as she was putting down the plates that it was ALL bad. IMO, the plates should have never came out like that. I expected better as I've eaten here a dozen times. They corrected everything but it should have been caught in the back of the house.

Steaks were flavorful but one not cooked to order. Wait staff took care of it immediately. Reservation was for an early time frame but they had run out some sides. Prices are what you would expect them to be for.a RC .

My expectations knowing the prices and everything ala carte were no where the delivery. Windows were dirty, light fixtures were glass and dirty. Table chair was sagging seat. Expectations for me was a prime rn rare with ai jus Instead it was a rib eye heavily seasoned thrown in the grill. Will say it was as I red rare. No one will ever convince me it was a prime rib roast ( vs a rib eye which is lower rib cut). Mine had to much tendons. The filet was sent back 3 times and never did get it right and the my friend lost his appetite plus we were finished eating. Check please. No complaints about service as all were very nice but certainly not the high end service expected for the prices ie: 67$ for a ribeye aka a”prime rib”. Also Ceasar salad meaning the lettuce was fresh and crisp the dressing and croutons were right out of the Sysco delivery truck. Worst experience and would not recommend eating there. Did I mention the chair at the table was was well worn with sagging springs. Save your money not worth the price.

My husband and I are both service industry people, and we both can say this has been the best service and food we've had in a long time. Every penny was worth the quality. & on top of that a manager came to the table to do a table touch. Don't see that often. Cannot express how grateful we are of that. Thank you to our server Angel and to the kitchen staff.

I made reservations for 5 people, then another person decided to join the next day. I went online to change the reservation to 6 but then a credit card was required. I just thought maybe because less than 24 hours. So I told them when we got to the restaurant. When you have a table for 6 or more, they will only give you one ticket and tip is included. Had I known that, we would have just gone someplace else.
