I've eaten a couple times. This was my third try because I tried to give benefit of the doubt. Food is just never fresh. Steak is always dried out. Like why does my steak taste like pot roast? Nevertheless, the employees are always really sweet and nice. I want to love this place, but the food quality is never good.

We tried coming into your store tonight but the door would not open. Either the door had a suction of some kind that would not allow the door to open or it was locked. We started to walk next door, then a employee came to door, opened the door, we walked back in, then she had the nerve to shake her head like we were idiots. That did NOT SIT WELL WITH ME!! We left with her saying as we were leaving...(VERY SARCASTICLY) have a nice evening. We did! Somewhere else!!!!

Lady behind the counter was very rude because I just had to use the restroom.

Walked and No greeting and food was cold not even hot , and I walked in 10 mins after opening. And the lady was moving so fast she messed up on my order. Food was terrible the worst bowl I ever had

This my second time eating here both time the food is very blend no flavor at all they give little kids serving u have to ask for extra because of that my meal went from 13.00 to 28.00 and they always have the worst attitude I will not go back again

I had lunch here with my coworkers today. We had the build your own nachos. They were delicious but that wasn't the best part!! The employees were so fun and kind. The experience was delightful!

Came here for dinner tonight and the veggies like the pico de gallo looked like it had been sitting out for two days straight. The pico de gallo was all dark and old looking. The service was good and employees friendly but the food did not look fresh at all.
