First time at this restaurant. Went on a Sunday around noon. We ate here because all other restaurants within 2 blocks had a long wait. We walked in and only 2 tables had patrons. This made us a little nervous. First let me say the service was fantastic! We ordered the shrimp and grits $24 and the fish and chips $20. Food came out and neither had any...and when I say any, I mean absolutely no flavor on either dish. The chips (fries) were cold and the fish was completely bland. The shrimp and grits looked amazing...but First bite...nothing....I picked up the salt shaker at least 5 times just to get a hint of any flavor. The employs are so nice but the food...I can understand why every restaurant surrounding them was packed but they were 95% empty. NOT at all worth the prices they charge. Sorry!

Probably the last time I eat here. Fish and chips soggy, batter falling off so not freshly battered and fried. Waited on the app, told time and time again it was coming. Not sure it was the waitpersons fault. When it got there not worth the cost. 6 tiny corn fritters dark brown, dip so watered down it wouldn't stay on the fritter. Found a hair on my plate after eating a pile of fries. Costs way too much for the quality.

It was our first time trying Salt Factory Pub and Aley was our server. He was perfectly attentive and welcoming. The epitome of first-class service. The food blew us away. The steak was aged and tender. The mashed potatoes were fluffy and perfectly salted. The wine list was expansive. The ambience was modern yet cozy with a great playlist. The list goes on and on. We have found our new favorite restaurant.

Our server l, Christopher, was exceptional. He offered suggestions being it was our first visit. We had eggrolls for appetizers, they were perfect! Chicken Fried Chick was cooked perfectly. Atmosphere was welcoming. We will be back for certain.
