Our daughter in law first turned us onto Salt + Light by bringing us the ckicken cordon bleu family meal. It was so good we started to follow on FB and now we are hooked! Food is fantastic and the owners are a pure delight! 10 out of 10! If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out! South Huntsville doesn’t have a lot of good eateries, but this food truck is our best kept secret!
Tried Salt+Light for the first time last week. It was excellent!!! Will be getting again for my family. Highly recommend.
