Went in to get a pizza before taking my sister to her dentist appointment and was told there would be a 20 minute wait. The employee who took my order left and didn’t tell the other employee about my order. I waited 30 minutes and then went back up to the counter to check on my pizza and was told that they never made it. The second employee was kind and gave me a refund as I had to leave with no pizza. Teach your employees to communicate with one another!!

I just ordered 4 slices less than an hour ago and there is hair in the pizza. I went on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to go back to the mall. And the number listed doesn’t even work. I’m so pissed.

Have been to many of these Sbarro's around the world. This one was the worst I have ever been to. It was the worst pizza I have ever had at a Sbarro. Pizza looked like it was frozen and warmed up, Management needs to step in. Stay away.

Breadsticks were good but an employee had bandaids on her fingers and no gloves on 🤢
EDIT - other people working had gloves on. This lady had a bandaid on her finger and was serving salad without gloves. The point was not no gloves it was an EXPOSED BANDAID coming in contact with food

I used to love getting a good slice of pizza here. I ate here this week and pizza was cold even though I thought it was put in oven, it tasted bad. I decided to eat the baked ziti I got as a combo it tasted horrible and smelled bad. Left a horrible taste. What happened??????
