Yum! Oven baked fresh pizza with gorgeous colors and flavors! I love pizza and being able to buy it by the slice! Was just under $6 bucks for 1 large combination piece.

Amazing pizza place, Pizza was alright, my wife had a really hard slice of pepperoni pizza, but mine was soft and slimy, I think she’s drunk again. BUT THE STAFF, oh don’t even get me started this one really tall man came up to my 11 year old daughter and started hitting on her ??. Absolute discarse, I don’t think he works here but that should not happen anywhere and he should get jail time!! Food was alright and the cook does not like her job and puts no dang effort into it ? Coming back next week ?
well I don't e know what to say but I did not order bugs in my pizza I don't know the name of the person woh served me but she was not very pleasant. I will not go there again. between rude people. maybe I can deal with that if they get online orders right! but bugs on my pizza is out of line.

The food is great! ? Thier strombolis are the best!!!! My only issue is the afternoon crew isn't as pleasant but it's still worth coming to enjoy. Wish the location in Madison never closed down.

Tried several times to call in an order and the phone just rings and rings, they never answer the phone.
The absolute worst service I have ever experienced and witnessed. Erica- the "shift supervisor" per her name tag, was EXTREMELY rude to me. Very short and snappy & seemed like she was there completely against her will, as if she didn't accept the position of shift supervisor on her own? I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt at first, but once every other worker was acting the same way, I knew this wasn't just a bad day for Erica. It was apparent she and her co-workers act like this regularly. Also- I watched Erica rudely ask a mother and daughter if they were ready to order (they were midway down the line) and they said they were "still looking but yes" and she almost screamed "get to the back of the line until you are ready then!!!" & they left. Will not be returning until I see new management & I recommend you all do the same. Erica, be grateful for your position and be kind to the people keeping you in business or you will have a truly bad attitude while you are unemployed!

This place needs management. Showed up a few minutes after opening time and they still aren’t open and they informed me it will be another 15-20 minutes until opening . They’re just standing around hanging out when they should have opened 10 minutes prior. Nothing is ready and prepared to be open at the time it’s supposed to be opened.

I ordered online from Sbarro’s and my friend went to pick it up. When she got there, the manager said they didn’t have anything in the order and that they were unable to refund the order and I would need to follow the instructions on the email to get a refund. The instructions on the refund are to call the Sbarro’s you placed the order at and they wouldn’t answer the phone after multiple attempts.

I had to go to Park Place Mall yesterday. Hubs wanted to stop at Sbarro. I have never eaten at Sbarro so I went along with picking up pizza. We selected a slice of pepperoni and a slice of pepperoni and sausage. The slices of pizza were warmed up in the oven and then ready to eat. The crust is thick. The red sauce was good and the pepperoni and sausage were good. This is food court food and not bad for a mall. They have pasta and vegetarian options. If you are at Park Place Mall, stop by and give them a try.

I wish I could share a negative 5 for the attitude of the front cashier alone. Every time I've been here she is absolutely the rudest human being I've ever met. Management needs to address this issue seriously.
