I usually enjoy Scooterâs drinks, but this one missed the mark. If youâre going to call a drink Caramel Apple, the caramel should actually be there. Mine came without any caramel on top, and even after driving back around, I only got a very light drizzle that didnât match the photos. The drink itself tastes mostly like green apple, not caramel apple. Itâs disappointing when the key ingredient advertised in the name isnât delivered. Hopefully this location can be more consistent, because I normally like their drinks.

I love Scooters coffee. đ But what I love most is this location. I talk to these folks more than I do my children! The splash of love in my (daily) iced caramelicious and the happiness that spills out that little window makes my heart smile. This group is the best!! Decided to stop here for midday iced coffees today while out running errands. We both chose to get their Signature drink...the Iced Caramelicious....rich, creamy caramel sauce, espresso and milk over ice....topped with thick, fluffy whipped cream and then covered with a drizzle of more caramel sauce. It was a perfect combination of flavors. The cold, creamy drink hit the spot on a hot afternoon. If I had anything negative to mention, it would be the price....For two large iced coffees, the total was a little over $14. They were very, very good....but definitely not something I could do everyday at that price.
Went there the other day for an Oreo cookie shake they were out of everything for the Oreo cookie shake. That is fine then took another five minutes to make a different order about a different shake to pull up to the window for the lady to say what was your drink and that we had to start over What is the point theyâre always out of everything or losing your drink order that you have to re-order everything

My husband and I have been coming to this Scooterâs for a little more than a year after we gave up waiting for another certain coffee chain that Iâm used to from back home to open their location up in the same neighborhood, and now Iâm never going back to the other place. There hasnât been a single instance in all this time of them messing up our drink orders, every drink is absolutely fantastic. While we havenât tried every food menu item, everything weâve tried tastes great. But what I really love about this location is the customer service, especially when it comes to my dog. I expect them to know my husbandâs name, itâs on the mobile order after all. When we roll up to the window, they great Rosco by name, and they know his order exactly: one pup cup please for the goodest good boy. They know him, they love him, and they get my senior dog act like a puppy every Friday morning, and for that, I canât give them enough stars.
