I go here two times a day and haven’t had any problems until tonight I asked for cream and sugar that’s it was very nice to the lady she told me I only asked for on sugar you never asked me for a amount I needed !!!! Will not come back then her facial expressions and dirty looks I don’t want her to touch my drink she may spit in it !!!

I hate to give them 3 stars because their coffee is really good and they are very friendly, but when ordering through their app they will not begin preparing your drink until you arrive (why even bother with pre-ordering????) and they always seem to be out of certain ingredients. Still, better coffee and experience than Starbucks, but seems to be a bit mismanaged.

New to the city and find it great that this place was the out of no where. The customer service was great compared to the normal Dunkin or Starbucks. But one thing, I guess I can share the responsibility, but I was so happy with the fast paced service and customer service I pulled out got on the freeway and didn't have a straw for my smoothie. Smh.

Being from NY, I never heard of Scooters. Went through the drive thru, and what an amazing experience. Just as good as Starbucks and better than Tim Hortons. Lots of selections, friendly service with a smile, and just great coffee! Wish we had one in Warsaw, NY :).

I used to come here every day. I stopped going daily because the drinks were so inconsistent I couldn’t figure out how to order the drink and get the same result every day.
Lately when I go it seems like they are slower and a lot less interested in doing a good job. I really liked this place but it hasn’t been great lately.

I try to visit when I'm near one. I usually come to this location (because of convenience). I have so far had a great experience with each location! The employees have a great attitude and always ask me how my day is going (when time permits ?). I love what the employees tell you after you order: "Scoot on up!" It gets me every time! ❤️
