Shaggy's Burgers and Tacos

Stopped on the way home because plans for dinner changed. Ordered a buffalo chicken wrap (pico on the side) with mixed fries. Fries were ok, not freshly made but still taste good. But I didn’t get the wrap I ordered. Instead I got some type of spinach wrap with grilled chicken and black bean salsa. It was small and just ok. Not what I ordered. I didn’t finish because it wasn’t what I wanted.

Good service, cool atmosphere, and great food. Employees are very nice and helpful. Everything has been awesome every visit.

Even though I had a little discrepancy on the order, Mr. Ariel took care of things and the food was delicious. Thank you all for the wonderful service!

Pleasantly suprised by the burgers! Great grill flavor.

Unfortunately, I have to say these were the worst fish tacos I've ever encountered. The fish itself tasted like it came straight from a box of microwaved frozen fish sticks, and the tortilla was noticeably stale. The salsa also had a really off-putting sour and weird taste. Not a good experience at all.
Like most customers I didn't complain I just won't come back.

So I go to this shaggies a lot and have pretty much always had a good experience. But today I went because I wanted a burger. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger (which I think the drive thru sign said 10.89) and then fries and a water. When I pulled up to the window they didn't tell me my total and just took my card. I'm thinking I just paid for 11 dollar burger meal. When they ran the card I got a notification for 15.78!! I asked a lady about it and she said the burger itself was 12.99 and the bacon was like 1.49 and then the rest was tax. This was NOT what they put on the sign. Shaggies should fix the price so costumers don't feel like they got ripped off.

Listen, the corn salsa was AMAZING ‼️ It had me eating black beans and I can't stand black beans 🤯
I dined inside with two of my younger children and we loved it. Although alcohol is served, I would still consider this establishment family friendly 😁

We ate breakfast! I had the Super Quesadilla combo. The quesadilla was good, and the cheesy brown potatoes were excellent!! The cashier was extremely soft-spoken and very difficult to hear. Since it was my first trip to Shaggy's, I had questions, so this was a little frustrating. The dining area was way too dark and way too cold.

I love Shaggy's. My family and I eat there often. The food is good, the kids love the space, services is always great. My only complaint is that I regularly get food that's not very hot. I like their fajita chicken tacos and a lot of times when I get them, the taco feels cold. At first I think it's just the cheese, tomatoes, etc making it cold. Then I take a bite and realize the chicken is barely warm too. I got lunch there today and had the same issue. I had to come back to the office and put my tacos in the microwave to warm them up.
