One of the waitresses was rude the older lady. The floors were very sticky like they hadn't been moped and our eating area was not cleaned before we were seated.

I asked to have my food made with noodles and was brought out a small side of noodles and was told it was portion when the complete meal came out my child had a bigger plate then I did and my rice which I clearly stated I did not want went on my husband plate the cook was nice but all in all the experience was terrible and I will not be back here if I was you I’ll choose nijia in Athen AL on hwy 72

I ate here on the 12th and the food was great and our chef was great but my issue is with the waitress that was dealing with taking our order and keeping our drinks refilled. She brought me the receipt at the end of our meal and wrote in her own tip which is less than I was originally planning on leaving, Well I crossed it out and didn't leave a tip for the sole purpose of her writing her own tip like she deserved one (she did up until the time of bringing us the check). Fast forward to today on the 17th and i was checking my bank statement and noticed she still billed me for a tip so be advised to check your receipts and keep up with them. They're not being honest in what they're billing.

The staff were somewhat friendly. The food was very tasty and it was fun to watch the chef make the food. There are many tables. Before your meal, you are served some dressed lettuce and some broth. The menu is very clear and the chef was Japanese. However, we waited at our table for over 30 minutes before giving our order.

I don’t even know where to start. This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
We came in with a group of 8 expecting a normal hibachi dinner, but instead, we ended up dealing with something completely disgusting roaches crawling on the table while we were eating. Not just one. Multiple. Every single person at the table saw it.
At that point, the entire meal was ruined. No one wants to sit there trying to eat while bugs are literally moving around your food space. It was beyond uncomfortable it was unsanitary and unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one charging hibachi prices.
We immediately brought it to the staff’s attention, expecting them to take it seriously. Instead, the response felt dismissive and nowhere near the level of concern it should’ve been. There was no urgency, no real accountability, and definitely no effort to make the situation right.
The most frustrating part? After all of that, they barely wanted to offer any kind of meaningful discount. For a table of 8 people dealing with that kind of situation, you’d expect management to step up and handle it properly but that didn’t happen.
We left feeling grossed out, frustrated, and honestly shocked that this is how the situation was handled.
I will never be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until they seriously address their cleanliness and how they treat customers when things go wrong.

The food was good the service was great The atmosphere in the area was you know cheerful and whatnot The issue is them charging extra to your account to give them self a bigger tip when you did not authorize it I am going to file a complaint with the company and then I will never eat there again
