In all my running during AAMU Homecoming 2024, I'd forgotten that I needed to purchase a cigar! SIP was open until 1 am with the humidor open until midnight! An Absolutely divine experience... A glass of wine, great conversations and a cigar purchase later! I was on my way! Thanks SIPs!!

Luis is the best bartender in HSV and his cocktails are surely something to behold. Highly recommend you have him make you a Pisco Sour or a Ward 8

Marley knows his stuff when it comes to mixology. Great suggestions, fast, entertaining and very knowledgeable. Nice atmosphere, execlent cigar selection with knowledgeable staff.

Love this place! They have an old-fashioned decor and a back bar with mirrors and lights behind all the bottles, and it's just gorgeous! In addition to fine drinks, Sip offers a smoking room. Some people might be put off by this, but I'm a non-smoker and I honestly Could Not smell smoke!

The bartenders Jordan and Marley are top notch. Go see them and they will make you the best drink you have ever had. These guys know their stuff and will even give you a history lesson on the drinks. I always make it a point to stop here when I’m in town. I recommend the smoked old fashioned or any of their bourbon really.

The selection of house small batch whiskeys was mind boggling, but not as amazing as the service provided by Jordan. His recommendations and cocktails are beyond reproach. By far the best bar in downtown huntsville. You will not regret your night here.

Wonderful quiet place to have a nice drink. Even if you don't know what you want, they can come up with some good cocktails with whatever liquor you like.
