I LOVE this location! The smoothie bowls are ALWAYS made to order and the staff are really nice. They do get REALLY busy on Fridays and they kids do the best under pressure! I notice some people getting upset at these workers. I mean really adults getting mad at kids when the whole place is full.. You know it is FRIDAY! I'm so pleased to see these employees keep their head level even when they are slammed. You don't see that at all anymore! Keep up the good work Smoothie king!!

I can in today to get my regular Pineapple surf and let me just say the customer service was horrible! My servers name was India and she had an attitude. Not to mention my drink was icy? As a regular customer I would except more but guess I’ll be traveling to Maddison from now on!

Website menu and in person menu don’t match. You can order stuff online for pickup that if you order in store the staff says you can’t order. It makes no sense that the menus do not match. Staff needs informed so they stop denying flavors that are clearly available on the website for their address. Lack of consistency is very frustrating
I order a smoothie and added coconut water because they did not have the unsweetened coconut milk. I will say this was the best smoothie ever how refreshing. Thanks you guys?

The smoothies are amazing! The only thing that would make my experience better would be the staff. If you want to try may I suggest to not come in during morning shift hours they always make my experience feel unwelcoming. Every. Single. Time. However, if you do decide to come in a recommend it be a time in the afternoon. The staff is much more pleasant and inviting then.

Great customer service I was just there for a doordash pickup and the banner sign in front the light is out could not see the restaurant at all barely even see it in the same parking lot

If you drive out of your way to come to this location, there is probably a 25% chance they either won't be open or can't take your order during normal business hours because "the system is down". This has happened to me multiple times here. They often close early etc. It's very annoying and a waste of my time and fuel that I come all the way over here during their posted hours just to be turned away.
