Ordered Uber Eats entire order was wrong. They added toppings I removed due to allergies. Didn't include condiments. Thanks. Exactly what I needed after an 11 hour drive. The staff here is illerate and incompetent.

25 minutes just to get an order and no other customers there. The screen already had a $2.93 drink on it that could not be cleared out. I ordered a number 9 combo $8.59. Was charged and brought a #1 combo, $10.19. Then when the order was brought out, it was wrong. It had to be re-done. Then to make matters worse

Horrible customer service. The employee did not greet me and his pants were below his waist. In addition he appeared to be under the influence. My receipt states the employee name is Latrius but I’m not sure that employee bought me my drink which was incorrectly done too.
All in all being new to town I can't complain food was great ! Waited a little longer then I thought I would but you can tell they are short staffed with one person running food. I will be back!

I actually believed there was just the one manager and a take out person. Manager was going car to car... Good was cold after a lengthy wait period. My wife went to the door for a coke refill then came back and said there was four other people in there! Not my first time with disappointment in this facility. Once ordered a shake, during the summer, and was told quickly, the machine is broke. Won't be visiting that Bob Wallace Ave location ever again.

Establishment was dirty and run down. I placed an order online at 1:15 by 1:48 I was calling inside the restaurant to find out where my order was. I was told they were out of sweet tea… strange in my opinion. The person said someone was supposed to come tell you & see what you wanted to replace it, never saw them. 5 minutes later my order is brought out. I had to ask for a spoon to eat my ice cream waited another 5 minutes & the guy never came back like he said he would. I drove & parked at a stall close to the door and had to yell as an employee came out & asked for a spoon AGAIN! Needless to say Sonic keeps getting worse every time I go. It use to be my favorite fast food.

Ken was the best server I have had coming from Sonic. I used to go there daily for Happy Hour until I started getting bad service and food quality. But, a co worker asked for a cup of ice and I went there and I promise Ken made me want to order something I had to look around and make sure I was at the Sonic cause over the past year service was so bad I had said I was NEVER going back. Ken made me want to change my mind maybe it's a new staff. The building still look like it could used a makeover.
