we waited 30+ mins for food. received cold hot dogs and one they forgot to even put in the bag and had to go ask for it. only 2 people are working and don't have a care in the world. don't waste your time.

Was served two dry hard double cheeseburgers. Just bc the cook over-anticipated and had old meat left over doesn't mean the PAYING customer should suffer so you can save on food cost. It's not a complex equation. Should be common sense. You get 1 star. Thank the knuckle-dragging cook and manager!

Went to Sonic on Bob Wallace twice about a month ago before work just want a strawberry slushy but to no avail waited for 15 min my car was the only one there another was driving away as I pulled up probably didn't get service either someone was inside with the headset on you could clearly see them a car pulled up an employee got out went in the girl with the headset came out without so much as a glance in my direction and headed to the gas station on the corner I pulled off went to the other side rang the button on another stall she turned looked and went into the gas station smh and yes I was late to work my fault, went back the other day guess I'm a gluten for punishment sheesh what was I thinking uh this Sonic is close to my house and I want you guessed it a strawberry slushy welp didn't get one there were 2 cars there and one pulled up after me needless to say were didn't get service one answered the rings at the stalls I mean at this point just close it down until you get people who will run your business effectively and efficiently cause until then whether you care or not I will not go back to Sonic on Bob Wallace ??

This place is a absolute disaster. If you work for them and have someone like your mother dying they don't care. They tell you it's not their problem and take you off the schedule for a week just to be mean. They tell you if you don't like your job then go work somewhere else even though you came to work everyday for the past 30+years. My mother was loosing her mother and all she needed was 1 day to be with her and that about cost her her job. These people stick to their own and it shows tremendously. The gm roxie is not a good person at all. She treated my mother like a peice of trash. They can't keep employees because they are not worth working for. They are awful people for doing my mother the way they did and the sad part is they don't care.

Was told they were out of small cups so couldn't order a small drink then was told the slushee machine was down. At this point I'm not sure why they still have this location open . Do better

I did have to wait for about 10 to 15 minutes for them to get to me but after they did they were able to get my food out really quickly and was very nice about it. They apologize for the wait and was glad I showed up to come by and get something good to eat. Thank you for all your hard work and all your hustling. Keep up the good job.

How do you clean the ice-cream machine during the afternoon. I've worked in food industry, this is something you do at closing. No shakes,no ice cream, no blasts.Do better management.
