I absolutely hate this Sonics location if unprofessional was it then it’s definitely them. I won’t order nothing but ice from them I have never been to a restaurant where all the workers including the manager don’t have a care in the world. Everything is a game to them there and ghetto is actually a compliment cause they are beyond ghetto. It takes 15 minutes to get your food and it’s never hot always cold they really need new staff or just shut it down. They do not care what they serve you or how it’s serve and they get an attitude if you give them the food back that they mess up.

Had to wait forever and didn’t get what I ordered. To top it off after having to wait 18 minutes it wasn’t even worth eating. When I tried to call back they have a message that said they aren’t taking calls. Also know we only live 2 minutes from the restaurant so I feel the food should have been fresh after the long wait.

Website says they close at 11p.m and it is currently 10:57 p.m I had been sitting out front for the walk up customers for approximately 15-20 minutes (I arrived at 10:25 )the server walked past me not once but twice, I walked over to a stall and pressed the button then to a different stall-still nothing i then walked back up to the front door and knocked 3 different times-nothing. I walked around to the drive in window finally someone answered me!! I said yeah I just need to get 2 cups of ice. The manager says we’re closed, I said to him everything I had done and reminded him that he passed me twice. He says to the other guy, close the window we’re closed, I told the I was calling corporate……to be continued.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! I ordered a simple #11 BLT combo with their new queso fries and a super sonic breakfast burrito with groovy fries and let me just tell you 0/10 do NOT recommend. Waited about 15 minutes thinking they were cooking our food fresh and it was everything but. Queso fries were missing jalapeños and were luke warm at best, groovy fries were cold and worst of all the breakfast burrito was nothing but a slice of egg, 2 pieces of bacon, and some cold cheese. Extremely disappointed and will most likely not be returning here until the food quality has improve.

Dont get anything from them , not even a cup of ice , there were many things in my cup including a gnat , very unsanitary and disgusting. I would get a 0 but that isn’t possible so you have a 1

It was the most horrible place I have been to in a long time. The food took over 45 minutes for a chilly cheese dog and even then we had to go to the door and ask how much longer on our food which than the employee act as though she didn't want to be bothered and even after we got our food it was cold. Over all experience was terrible.
Took 20 minutes for my food to come out the door. Took another 5 minutes for it to get to my car as the server walked around to the vehicles next to me asking if it was their food. Onion rings were cold. Rest of the food? Cold. But I got robbed. My order was 16$ I gave the server a 20$ bill put my drink in the cup holder reached up to get my change and the server was gone. Waited about 5 minutes just in case she didn’t have change and well, I guess she needed my money more than I needed my money. Sadly the best Sonic in Huntsville was torn down to build a Waffle House. This Sonic should have hit the dump. So overall my lunch sucked.

Placed mobile order, ready for pick up at 11:11. We arrived at 11:07, left at 11:57, and no we didn't eat there. Went through drive through, so it would be faster...lol right. One car sat at the window for a very very long time. Employee was coming out to the cars waiting and handing them their food. Was asked multiple times what our order consisted of, they acted confused. Car in front finally pulls off after receiving their one little bag. We sat and sat at the window. Finally get my order. Diet Dr. Pepper had vanilla in it, didn't order that. Chicken Sandwich was plain, only asked for no mayo, chicken was cooked so long it was dry dry, bread had hard dry spots like it was old. Onion rings seemed to be cooked way too long, super crunchie and burnt tasting. Jalepeno poppers were cooked so long there was no cheese inside and burnt tasting. Buffalo bites were also fried to death and burnt tasting. Nothing and I mean nothing was editable, we trashed it. 20 something bucks and almost an hour wasted. The only reasons for 1 star is because you have to give 1 star and the employee was nice. Many people pulled out of line and others walked away without getting to place an order. Will drive to another location next time. Too many bad experiences at this location. ?

We used DoorDash to order there. And every DoorDasher had issues with them. They would tell them to pull to the front, and they would make them wait forever. Just to tell them they do not have it. This is awful. Horrible customer service.

Had an issue with being overcharged the cashier was super sweet the manager Kenny argued me down I was only charge once when that was a negative my statement shows it but u would rather lie and call me back what was your purpose your research was an epic fail instead of apologizing I guess I still wasn't charge uh my bank confirmed it
