Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Checked in. Waited almost 10 minutes. Went to the drive thru, and that was when they decided to start asking questions about my order. Not to mention I got served a pretty insulting result. I ordered the ultimate burrito, the biggest on the menu. What you see in the picture is what I got.

By far the worst service I’ve ever had at any restaurant. The employees are rude. It took almost 25 mins to get 2 drinks & a pretzel twist. The woman that brought my change out finally dropped it on the ground & just walked away. I WONT BE BACK!!!

Waited 35 minutes at the window after paying.. the food was horrible as you can see by the bag it was grease soaked as now is my truck cloth seat just driving 3 miles down the road back to work.. It’s sad that you spend that much time waiting on an order only to have it be the wrong order when opening it up once I got back to work. There were 4-5 employees working with 3 of them standing around on their phones.. the store has the rating it has bc your staff & management doesn’t care about the food they put out or the customers..

This morning November 5, 2023, I stopped by Sonic's at 2120 Sparkman Dr around 9:18:36. My check number was #646621.I purchased 2 BLT combos with potato tots, 1 Sprite no ice and 1 Dr Pepper no ice. I spent $16.76, waited about 26 minutes for my order to be TAKEN, tipped the Drive thru cashier $2.00 because I noticed how short staff they were. Upon opening and inspecting my order...I was truly disappointed by what my sandwich looked like. I had untoasted bread, 4 small pieces of bacon, half cooked, and not one tomato to be found. The potato tots were totally ruined by the awful taste of the extremely dirty cooking oil which they were cooked in.?Damn. This really hurt. I have the pictures to prove how pitiful the service was. Sonic Managent...at 2120 Sparkman Dr. Any comments?
