Ordered two milkshakes. Waited about twenty minutes or so and no one brought out our milkshakes. Multiple cars pulled up to the stalls, got no service and left. At one stall the speaker was on but the employee was taking a drive through order and yelling at another employee. We left without the milkshakes.

The hours say 10pm. There are 3 guys working. 9:10 they started telling everyone that they are closed. Finally 930pm they shut all lights off and says we are closed....after there were 4 cars outside that had already been waiting at least 15 minutes waiting to order. Horrible!!!

All I ordered was a milkshake and a slush and with only two other cars waiting it took 45 minutes to bring them out. When I got my slush it was very messy and had slush all over the top of the lid and the side of the cup and we weren’t even given napkins. Worker couldn’t even give me an excuse as to why it took so long just “sorry about the wait.” Will not be returning and would like my money back

Stalls still closed down from covid. Out of sweet tea every time I go regardless how many hours are left until close. Very long wait times for cold,old food. This place has been going downhill for a while now but it's gotten so bad, I no longer even waste my time trying to give them yet another shot to get it right. Don't waste your time or money at this location.. You will only end up with regrets.

Worst service ever! I placed an order for 8 medium drinks on my order and every drink was made wrong after a 20 minute wait with no one else there. How hard is it to make 8 drinks - coke, Diet Coke, grape slush, etc wrong? Then I called to speak with a manager and no one answered. Every employee was on their phone or smoking a cigarette. I will never return and hope others don’t experience this service.

I am sitting at Sonic on Bailey Cove and am the only customer. I ordered tater tots and a tea. I pulled around and was given my tator tots right away. I popped one in my mouth while I was waiting on my tea and it was disgusting. It was less than luke warm, and you could taste they have been sitting out for quite some time. I spit it out and handed the bag back to the young man that was at the window. I told him they tasted disgusting and they should throw the rest that they had sitting out away because they were not good.The young man acted as though I was putting him out and he had an attitude about it.Another young man came to the window to give me my tea and I told him about the tater tots and he acted like he could care less also.They have just handed me a bag of fresh, hot, tater tot’s. Unfortunately, I just wasted money because now I won’t eat them because of the young men’s attitude with having to drop down fresh tater tots. It’s sad, but I can’t trust that they didn’t do something to them.The owners should really take stock in the employees that are working today and think about replacing them with employees that have a better attitude and are willing to serve fresher food.This was my first time at this Sonic, and it will be my last. I’ll just consider my wasted money a donation to Sonic.

The people working there have got to be the worst in Huntsville. Slow, unfriendly and rude. The tots tasted like they were fried in month old oil. Burger patty was burnt. They just need to bulldoze this place and try again.
