This location should be closed down. You pull up to the drive stall and one one cones to the intercom to take your order. I was here for 15 min after pushing the button. This is sad. A reflect in management, will not return. I hate bad customer service. Today is 01-26-24. Please note.
Terrible experience. Ordered a 3 piece tender and cheese burger on the app… when the food was brought out all that was in the bag was the tenders, the carhop never left and I was able to tell them that the burger was missing. The carhop argued with me for a few minutes saying my friend took the burger out of the bag. We gave her everything back and called corporate for a refund. She was extremely rude and argumentative.

My fiancé and I arrived at just before 7:30 tonight, Dec. 17th, over two and a half hours before closing, to order some ice cream. We were informed that they'd already "pulled down the machines" so no more ice cream could be made for the night. Now, I'm fairly certain closing duties aren't supposed to be done until...well, CLOSING time. Yikes. Highly recommend this franchise pays its crew members better wages to motivate better workmanship AND educates its management, because this level of "service" is unacceptable and disappointing.

Absolutely the worst place to get food in any reasonable amount of time. I had a combo with a shake. I waited over 40 minutes for my food, and who i am assuming is the manager, name starts with A im pretty sure, accidentally rung up my order through the drive thru and forgot about it. After i reminded her, i still waited about 20 and finally decided to just leave. I thankfully hadnt payed yet. If they were super busy, i would understand, but over an hour is ridiculous when you only had 4 customers. For comparison, i went to hardees and ordered 2 sandwiches and i got them under 2 minutes. This place needs to clean house. I dont usually get this heated with reviews, but the service, the wait, the obvious frustrations of the other people also waiting, and the manager trying to be funny about the situation sent it over the line.

OPre-ordered online. Drink machine was down on arrival. Offered tea or frozen drinks. Waited 25 mins with hungry kids in the car and was only 1 of 3 customers at the place during that time. Avoid at all costs

I placed an app order (3 items so not crazy), pulled up and checked in, it took 10 minutes to get it and then it was someone else's order! I had to wait again for it to be done.... the grilled cheese had hamburger remnants in it and wasn't cut, the small tots were half groovy fries (not cool). The only thing correct was the drink at the end of it... even the condiments were wrong. It was like they deleted my order without even filling it and the inside (where I could see was super messy and yucky) .
I won't go back to this location.

Worse service around. Order is always wrong. They are always out of stupid things, like fries. Last time we sat at a spot for 30 minutes with no service then they closed 40 minutes early, locked up and left. We had already paid for the food on the app. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of their employees. We will be getting our money back.

This place needs additional service help. It’s been like this as far back as I can remember.
It took over 20 minutes to bring our food out to the car, especially when we ordered it through the mobile app 15 minutes earlier. After 15 minutes I ended up calling the store to let them know that I was waiting for my order. Initially the attendant said they did not have my order, after I explained what I ordered, they found my order. The attendant finally brought my order and was very apologetic about the wait. She said there were only two of them working on Saturday during the lunch hour. Please provide better service at this location.
