Why are they closed at 7;45 pm on a Saturday night?

Came here and the place had alot of people sitting in stalls. I ordered on the app, sat for 20 minutes, at my stall, before a girl came walking up. She asked me had I ordered yet and told me the whole crew had slept in late and actually had just got there to open the store. I tried to tell her I was just gonna go somewhere else then but she ran off and they wouldn't answer the box. I sat there for 40 minutes and FINALLY someone brought some sort of food out to me. It was all the wrong food and cold!I will probably be the first person to complain about getting a larger hot dog but I ordered the beef hot dog because I am highly allergic to the pork one. I did not order the foot long coney yet they gave me one. I had a severe allergic reaction from just breathing in the air from it. The double cheese burger was just 1 patty that was still frozen, in the middle and only had mustard, ketup and mustard on it and the chili cheese tots were cold and smalls. I tried to ask for a refund and was told, very rudely that I had to request that from the customer support number, since I ordered on the app. My husband threw the food away, at the restaurant. We didn't even get to eat and I ended up using an epi-pen.The app support told me, since I received the food I have to speak to the general manager.... He quit back in December!!! The store either won't answer their phone or, when I drive by no one is at the store. I have now spoken to the app customer support, I think, 4 times and tried to call the store a few times.No one can get my money back or call me. I am very upset and suggest to stay away from this sonic!

After 10 you can forget getting anything from this sonic. Every night it never fails. No one is going to answer you when you try to order. I am so sick of these stores In Huntsville. The only good sonic we have is in Bailey cove everywhere else sucks.

Went a week or so ago and their ice cream machine wasn’t working. Understandable. Went around 9:50 tonight and no one was there. Hours say they close at 11:00. Either need to update the hours or make sure workers are present.

Get ready to wait an hour for your order and even then you’re gonna have to wait some more because they have completely forgotten your order….they need to get under new management or either close down cause it’s getting ridiculous at this point.

I came on my 30 mins lunch break from my job right across the street. I placed my order at the car hop and was told to go through the drive thru . I waited so long for 1 route 44 cherry limeade that I had to just leave my break was over…would have been nice if they used the side door just to bring me a drink…this is something I do daily but obviously not today
Service was slow but the girl that brought the food out was cheerful and very polite.

I ordered just one drink through the app and when I arrived at the store, only 4 of the stalls were working but they were occupied. I went through the drive-thru and I was asked to wait a moment. I waited 25 minutes before deciding to leave, unable to receive a refund. If you don't have the staff to operate, don't bother opening.
