Unbelievable how good (and unique) the huevos rancheros were! Great diner coffee, and my 4 year old daughter says they were the best pancakes in town.

The food was very good and so was the set ice. Although the menu isn't large, they do offer a wide variety of options, including kids meals.

Be aware this is a very small place so it might be difficult to get in during peak hours. It would not be a place to go with larger groups.

Its a great small breakfast spot. It was good on a week day, I would imagine it would really hit well after a late night out.

Small dining room so there might be a wait on the weekends. Food is good and service is quick. Prices are higher than others in the area.

Most of the staff is very friendly. Their female server is incredibly polite, attentive and welcoming. The main male server(owner?) who works in the morning can be cold, if not a little bit rude.

My latest visit, he was abrupt as I was ordering and was short tempered about any questions.

An extra plate of food arrived to my table (a clear miscommunication) and while trying to figure it out, he seemed already upset before even talking to me and then argued and blamed me in front of the other customers.

Regardless of fault, it was a really poor experience as a customer, especially first thing in the morning. I was a very regular customer before this interaction became more normal during my visit.

May be the best pancakes I’ve ever had… good prices too!

Came here with my family and we all absolutely loved it! Every dish was delicious—fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right. You can really tell they care about the food they serve. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the people working here are incredibly nice. They made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! Highly recommend for a cozy, satisfying breakfast or brunch.

My wife and I ate here several times a week. They absolutely have the best breakfast in town without a doubt. They have the best pork chops I’ve ever tasted. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s small and often crowded but they are fast and efficient. Excellent food at excellent prices

Today I went to search for somewhere I could get a club sandwich. I was on the south end of town. This restaurant popped up so I decided to try it. I enjoyed the food and glad I found this spot. I’ll be back.

Amazing! This place never misses. We’ve come several times over the last year or two and we love it. Their breakfast is unreal, service is great. They are always crowded so you may have to wait a minute or so for a table but the food is 100% worth the wait.

This is your typical hole-in-the-wall breakfast joint with delicious options made just how you like them. The staff is super friendly and the food was high quality for the price. We will definitely be back!

This is hands down my new favorite breakfast all day place and definitely on the top of my list of favorite restaurants in Huntsville overall! They have a lunch food option, but I've only gotten so far as the breakfast in several visits thus far. Everything seems to be prepared from scratch, like a home cooked meal from mom growing up. Nothing seems like it came out of freezer or low quality. They do the basics EXTREMELY WELL. I usually have the 2 eggs breakfast meal, and I ALWAYS finish the plate clean, eating every morsel. My best friend who usually goes with me has the Tomale breakfast or the chorizo breakfast, and he says it's the best in Huntsville! I have zero complaints about the restaurant except maybe the size. The secret is out about this hidden gem, and it gets busy, especially on the weekend. That said, the longest I've waited is 20 minutes. The service is very personal and competent, so they keep it moving in a good, efficient way that doesn't make you seem rushed! I could go into explicit details about every item I've written, but I'll just say it's all seriously the best of that item I've eaten in a breakfast place in huntsville, easily!
It's owned by a small Hispanic family. The two brothers run it with their sister (I think). As I understand it, one of the owners' wives does the pre prep on anything that requires that, such as the tamales and the seasoning of the meats. Even the grits are great here, and I usually skip that. They simply do everything on the small but ample restaurant really, really well!
I can not recommend them enough! They are closed on Mondays, but other than that, they are open till 8 pm every other day. As I said, be ready for a little wait on weekends as the size of the space isn't huge. Whatever the wait, I promise you it's worth it!

Parking: There's a pretty decent sized shopping center parking lot to choose a space from.
