So I have been ordering from stanlios for a minute. It’s nice to have meatless options and they are good!!..: but this last order was sub par to say the least. First off, I ordered online at 5:35 pm for a pick up time of 6:15. Confirmed thru text and all. Get there to pick up and they didnt see the online order. Understandable. We’re patient. No big deal. What was a big deal was the fact I paid extra for lettuce on my sub and got no lettuce. May be no big deal, it’s lettuce, but I paid extra for it. Also, if ordering a sub that has cheese and it’s requested for no cheese to be included, you can’t throw an extra piece or 2 of veggie meat on a whole sub? Geez yall. And lastly, and maybe my fault for assuming too much but when I see an order of fried green tomatoes, I assume they will be slices of tomato that are fried. Not one or 2 inch slivers of tomatoes that are, at that point, nothing but oil and batter. And to charge almost $5 for that. Oh me! This is why I am so hesitant about eating out. Better luck next time I guess ??♀️

Delicious! I am new to the area and was blown away the first time I tried Stanlieos. I came back again two days later and this time I got the famous Kitchen Sink (hot). I’m not usually big fan of Italian subs but with the seasonings and toppings it was off the charts! So glad I found this gem!

Went to Stanlieo's today around 11:50 or so, I ordered the kitchen sink with no american cheese and an order of fried green tomatoes. The guy at the register took my order with no problem but I did request for gloves to be put on with my order, considering the fact that meat is involved, the lady with the low cut was fixing sandwiches a long with handling meat. The guy at the register told her of my request and instead saying, "okay or no problem", she stated to him loud enough to where I could her say, "We don't have to where gloves". That was a red flag to me to take my money elsewhere and eat; and the way I saw the young guy toss one of those fried green tomatoes in the grease was an extra NO for me, it was not out of love. I told the cashier that the young man didn't have to make that order and he was stop from making it. The cashier Chris R was so polite and giving the refund back and he apologized and ask did I want a receipt. I'm happy that I did because I can write a name with good customer service and that's what he demonstrated. My mama alwaya told me that when a cook energy is off, don't eat the food, it want taste good or feel good to the soul. I come from a family history of cook's so we know better. "I guess she have her picks and chooses of customers she cater too". What was wrong of my request for gloves? Thank God for growing Huntsville where more restaurants are being built. I have spent money over time at this Jordan Lane Location. Stanlieo's cook do better, it was just a request. All is forgiven, I will try again, hopefully. Blessings to All???

These subs are great. Subway can not compare to these subs. It was really busy, but the service was responsive. The place has like a old retro type theme. From my understanding, it's been operating ny family for the last 50 years. WowParking: Because the place is small but popular, it has limited parking spots.

I don’t really ever leave reviews because I usually go to generic places. I knew my sub was gonna be good by the smell before I walked inside, sure enough it smelt just as amazing inside. I got the Kitchen Sink hot, and I’ll say a great sub needs no explanation. Pleasant service and the man at register gave me some solid suggestions. I’ll be back.
