Used to be the best location in town. Idk what happened. Me and my friend got our drinks later than the two other people who came in after us. My drink which was supposed to be light ice was 80 percent ice and maybe 4 ounces of liquid. Also got asked by a random person if we can buy their coffee which we did and they were even served their coffee before us too. Then the same person ended up asking other customers to buy them things. Just a weird experience and never had this happen at a Starbucks before.

Once again Starbucks did not disappoint. I put in my mobile order as usual but do to some unforseen circumstances, my order sat there for about 45 min. When I was finally able to pick it up, the barista offered to remake my beverages. Thanks again!

Be prepared to wrestle a little with the parking lot in the morning; situated close to Huntsville Hospital, this location becomes very busy. However, service is faster than you would expect from such a busy location!

We ordered five different drinks. All frappuccinos, only one was special ordered (no dairy milk). The order was messed up. I'm not sure if it was the cashier or the barista, but everything was correct except the non-dairy. Im glad I asked before taking the drink. The barista seemed annoyed when I asked and even more frustrated when I asked for it to be made correctly. She told me she didnt get a ticket for the drink at all and wanted me to pay for it again. The cashier read it back to me when I ordered and it was correct. I refused to pay for this drink again and asked if I needed to get the receipt from the vehicle where my family was waiting. She acted agitated but said no and remade my drink correctly.

Not sure if they are struggling with Covid still, silly rules. Took a while to get our order, they comp'ed a free drink for next visit. People just need to get back to work
