I came through the drive thru line like I do every morning after dropping my kids off at work. I'm not sure of the young lady's name that served me at the window, she was blonde, but she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!!! I ordered my usual skinny vanilla latte and a vanilla scone for my 2 year old and when I pulled up to the window to pay I had forgotten that my 2 year old had taken my wallet out of my purse. So I pulled up to the window and told her that I left my wallet at home and I'll have to come back and re-order my items. She told me not to worry about it because they were already making the coffee and they already bagged my son's scone!!! I thought that was so incredibly generous of her!!!! I did come back later in the day and ordered another coffee and paid for the order earlier in the day! Thank you so much for your kindness.

Victor was incredibly rude when I asked for a refund. After waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru with only one car ahead of me on a Sunday evening we discovered (through the window) that they had completely disregarded our request for no whipped cream. I went in and asked for a refund. Instead of respectfully providing a peaceful transaction, Victor removed the sticker and attempted to give it back to me. No thanks. While refunding my money he berated me for knocking on the window to attempt to get their attention for the drink with whipped cream to be remade while we waited for our 1 other drink. He said, "Beating on the window is unacceptable. We're all very busy! Don't do that again." Run the cameras back! Slow and rude service is unacceptable to me. But, what else should I expect from the likes of someone with a fully exposed dirty beard handling food. 🤷🏾♀️ He also yelled, "Don't ever come back!. " Why, Victor, would I ever come back? You suck and so does most of your team excluding the one crew member that apologized for our first 10 minute wait.

Recently, I went to this location and had a very poor experience. If I could leave a zero, I would. I asked for my drink to have no whipped cream, and when I received the beverage (with whipped cream), I asked for a refund. Manager Victor was very rude and attempted to make me keep the wrong drink. 😑 This is after waiting for 20 minutes for two tall drinks without a long line in the drive-through.

The Carmel Crunch Frappe was excellent and the service was outstanding!! Very nice to be greeted with friendliness and a smile. You can tell Julian enjoys his job!

I always get caramel + white chocolate flavored iced coffee, Venti. This Starbucks is my go-to for iced coffee this side of Huntsville. Keep it up guys!
