I ordered some drinks and it turns out that one brought the rotten strawberry and the other brought less than half of the drink, how is this possible?

This place has really gone down. The people are pretty rude. Not in an aggressive way, just like they hate working here. Place is always dirty. They're always out of product. Super slow. Expect to wait for 20-40 minutes

I’m a fan of Starbucks but this location is difficult at times. Driving past 3 Starbucks at 5:30 am to get to this location only to see the typed “closed for the day”, signs. I wish there was a way that you all could make this visible on the app so people would know how to maneuver about the day and not waste their time . This location spontaneously, once or twice a month, does not open.

This location recently fired a friend of mine after a customer came in and harassed them for being visibly trans. Store manager did nothing to protect her employee, And both the store and district managers have been incredibly dismissive and rude as I have tried to express my concerns, Both as a friend of the victim and as a former customer of Starbucks. This behavior is utterly reprehensible, And the store and district managers should be ashamed of their behavior. This store does not deserve to exist if they will not treat people fairly, which they obviously refuse to do.

I don't usually dine in but the few times I have its been nice to get coffee and get some work done in a clean friendly atmosphere.
My food and drinks are always pretty good and what more can you ask for than consistent service? 5 stars from me.
Every time I come into this location, I have to wait at least 30 mins to pick up an order. Service is very slow and unacceptable.

Y'all gotta stop running out of inventory the employees are wonderful especially morning shift but not evening shift and why is it when I come thru the evening there is only 2 ppl on shift that's ridiculous especially when y'all got like 12 ppl on morning shift

This location seriously needs new management or something. I always think how nice it will be to have a coffee since this is a prime location going into Huntsville. Twice I’ve had to just leave and then when I get stuck in the hour wait drive thru line I immediately always regret stopping here. Sincerely, a mom whose baby has been screaming for 30 minutes now because I just wanted a coffee.

I have never been to such a slow Starbucks before. It doesn’t matter whether it’s the drive thru or if I walk inside. I keep thinking, “Well maybe they’re having an off day or something” so I go again and it’s the same thing. Now after the third time I give up I will never come to this location again. At minimum you will wait 20 minutes for your drink but I’ve waited as long as 30.
