25 minutes in drive ridiculous
I was just ordered the same drink I always order and I don’t know what’s wrong with it. It’s got some weird thick syrupy stuff at the bottom and it tastes absolutely disgusting. I can’t even drink it
This place has the worst staff - they have zero customer focus and are all very un-seasoned/high school type staff. They need a senior/mature person to handle this very de-motivated, lazy and non-customer focussed staff. I ordered a cappuccino that took 20 mins to make, and when the young lady made it, it was the wrong drink. The two other young men were busy cleaning, while people were waiting over 20 mins for their drinks. the non-high scholar looking lady was the most dis-engaged person I have ever seen.

As a loyal Starbucks customer who previously visited the Madison, AL location daily, I was disappointed with my experience at the North Huntsville store. I attempted to place an order through the drive-thru, but there was no response at the speaker. I then went inside, only to find that all food items had already been put away—despite the store being open for another hour. Additionally, there was no regular coffee available, as it appeared the staff had begun shutting down well before closing time.
This was surprising, as it doesn’t reflect the level of service and operational standards I’ve consistently experienced at the Madison location. Only one staff member was present, seemingly focused on cleaning rather than customer service. If this early closure routine is standard at this location, it’s concerning and inconsistent with what customers typically expect from Starbucks.
I hope this feedback encourages a review of closing procedures and helps improve the customer experience moving forward.
Extremely slow service. I waited 15 minutes for egg bites and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.
Ok store but why is there a needle container in the restroom. Is drug use that bad there.
Caramel crunch was watered down and no crunch
Online and signs says close at 9pm but they'd shut everything down at 8pm and won't even answer their phone. So they're just losing customers and starbucks paying useless lazy employees for nothing.

The drinks are great and I never had a bad experience with Starbucks or with the customer service but today a young man wearing a beanie was very rude he assumed we were done with our order and didn’t let us finished when we got to the window I proceeded to mention to him about the remaining items to our orders he completely ignored us and when I repeated it to him again he rudely replied telling me they were out which is okay, don’t come to work if your having a bad day if it will effect your work!

This was one of the only locations open on Christmas. They turned mobile ordering off early and when I arrived 15 minutes before closing, the door was locked. Customers were inside and an employee came and said I couldn’t come in. I was asking about the drive-through and he closed the door in my face while I was talking. Extremely rude and not what I normally get at Starbucks.

I got 75% foam instead of the $7 drink I paid for. I didn’t notice until I got into my work place and took a sip. I’m beyond mad and this was a terrible start to my day
