KAYLB is the BEST BARISTA I have ever gotten a Starbucks drink from…and believe me, my drinks are NOT REGULAR they always have 2-3 extra ingredients and it’s always marvelous…every Barista in Airport Rd location (800) in Huntsville, AL is amazing, PERIOD!

I always think it’s so neat that since probably 2017 or 2018, I’ve consistently been remembered by each barista, whether they ask about small things I’ve told them the previous time, etc. The amount of baristas that remember me and genuinely seem to care ab my well being at this location always shocks me. They’re always sososo sweet & tbh are the biggest reason I keep coming back.

Don’t waste your time going to this Starbucks, there are plenty of other, better locations just a couple of minutes away. I live less than a minute away, when I put an order in for pickup it typically has taken 45 minutes or it doesn’t get made until I show up and ask them about the delay.

They may not have a drive thru but they ALWAYS get the orders right and are rarely out of drink options. It is not the closest for me but well worth the extra drive and having to walk in. That last statement from a 68 yr old recovering from a broken knee should speak volumn.

My name is Audrea and no one ever spells it correctly the guy at the register was so sweet and actually spelled my name correctly he was extremely nice the lady that fixed my frappe did an amazing job just overall extremely great atmosphere

I got a lavender oat milk iced latte and they guy accidentally made two and gave me both! I was so excited I practically skipped out of the store. Fantastic service ❤️
