I will never go back to this Starbucks. I frequent a lot of Starbucks in the area and as a former partner know the company very well. This one does not represent the company values at all!

I got a lavender oat milk iced latte and they guy accidentally made two and gave me both! I was so excited I practically skipped out of the store. Fantastic service ❤️

The Starbucks on Airport Road is fantastic in knowing how to make my special order perfectly!
I love picking up orders here for Door Dash. Friendly, hard working staff. Love the atmosphere, always welcoming. They get the many orders ready quickly, no delayed times for online and delivery orders. They get it filled quickly unlike Sonic or Papa John's where you wait forever. This Starbuck's is very efficient and it has excellent teamwork among employees.

This location is awful. Always understaffed and orders take 4x longer than told they will and should. Pre-orders say ready in 10-15 minutes and it’s at least 45 minutes before everything is ready. Interior is always dirty and grimy as well.

The guy that took my order had an attitude when I was making my order he even laughed, I have a thick accent due to me speaking multiple languages, so when ordering one of the drinks he laughed, I assumed maybe he’s having a rough morning but he was super nice to the next few people no attitude at all.
