I only gave 2 points bc the girl at register doesn't know her job well and probably needs to moved away from the register or fired. The young man prepping everything was excellent great employee

The young woman that took my order asked me “hot or iced?” i said iced, once i received my drink from the other barista i realized that the drink was hot so i said “im sorry, i asked for iced.” the young woman who took my order then turns and says “I ASKED HER ICED OR HOT, AND SHE SAID HOT. THAT PISSES ME OFF BRO OH MY GOD!” and i’m just standing there speechless because i don’t understand why she’s being so hostile. The other barista politely remade my drink and i said “i’m sorry, i thought i said iced.” and the other girl starts yelling “oh my goddddd” as i walked out of the building. I am appalled by the rudeness of this young woman. She shouldn’t not be working with customers if she can’t handle owning up to simple mistakes that happen on a regular. My coffee was great though.

Ok ordered 2 coffee one cold one hot so started out they didn't ask my name most the time they ask name you know to keep orders going to correct people so young teenage girls come up behind me order one of my same drinks and so I guess the Starbucks employee laid all out together well the teenager took hers had it over at the coffee stand touching it then switched out mine and gave me the one she had taken with her the first time right there employee should of said something but if they had names on the cups like i said before this wouldthis would not of happen so I asked them to make another one which they were kinda of in there own world but they did make another one and I got it of course they gave it to me with mixture coming out the cup and I got my hot coffee luke warm so thankyou huntsville yatget Starbucks worst ever because they should have made sure me the adult lady was happy cold coffe withing forever

Bacon gouda is ALWAYS cold in the middle and when i said something once they acted like that's normal. Something might be wrong with the toaster because this is the only location that its cold and its always cold. I work next door and go here multiple times per week on break.
